Terrible service for students. My son is staying there right now and didn’t have hot water in his shower the first 2 months , during the winter !!! The people in the front desk are decorations,except for Brandon and Natasha. Last night my son locked himself out of his room and had to wait for 30 minutes for the person in the front desk to open his door, since he was too busy sleeping during his night shift. I definitely don’t recommend this accommodation, its been one problem after the other this whole time. it’s not worth the price. Too bad our contract is for the whole year. The building is not bad, there is a nice terrace with a wonderful view at the top. The area, not so good…… It’s far from the University.

Really, really poorly made building. Every single footstep upstairs sounds like an elephant and it isn’t their fault - the building is just so badly constructed. Always get woken up by the walking above, and I can’t really blame them. Just stay elsewhere somewhere built better. I also agree about the area - just not safe feeling at all
