I have been living in Riverside House in the heart of Glasgow city centre, and I must say it has been a fantastic experience. The location is extremely convenient—it’s just a 2-minute walk to St. Enoch subway station, and you can reach the University of Glasgow in just 15 minutes by subway. Daily life is also hassle-free, with various supermarkets like Lidl, Tesco, M&S, and Sainsbury’s right downstairs. Plus, being in the city’s shopping district, you have several malls within walking distance, making shopping incredibly easy. In terms of value for money, this place is affordable yet comfortable. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The reception offers parcel collection, and there’s security on duty at night, ensuring a safe living environment. For gamers, the internet speed is excellent, which is definitely a plus! Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay at Riverside House and would definitely recommend it to others! Yutong Lu

Glasgow Riverside Apartments is one of the best student accommodations I've ever stayed in. I've been in Glasgow for a year now, and I can't find better value for money anywhere else. I've been there for two months now, and the facilities are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful. I find the location of Riverside Apartments very convenient: just a one- or two-minute walk from the subway station and in the heart of the business district, it's ideal for shopping. As a student and tourist, it's more convenient than other accommodation options for nearby attractions, such as Glasgow Cathedral and the People's Palace, which are both within walking distance. The apartment also offers a safe, comfortable atmosphere and a strong community feel—with frequent events and opportunities for students to connect with other students—making it an ideal choice for students at the University of Glasgow. One of the few downsides is that it's a bit far from the University of Glasgow, about a 40-minute walk, so you'll generally use public transportation to get to school. While this may be an additional expense, it's still significantly cheaper than student accommodation in the West Village, which, while closer to campus, is certainly not as convenient as the city center. Some might be concerned about hot water and heating, but so far, there haven't been any issues. As a southerner, I haven't felt cold or without hot water. Overall, this is a highly recommended place for anyone looking for friendly, modern, and well-managed accommodation in Glasgow.

I have an amazing experience living here! The manager, Ali, was amazing he's very helpful since the day I booked my room. The environment are safe and it is so quite yet very near to Glasgow City Centre. All the shopping area are within walking distance. It is more suitable for any students who wants to study in quite environment. I love the toilet, it made me feel like I'm in hotel bathroom. The kitchen equipment is also complete with microwave and oven as well. The window is amazing, I can sit by the window while reading books. The bed matress also very comfy! I think the room rate also relatively affordable compare to any other studio for students. Lastly, there are common room on every floor and the big one on the ground that usually used to celebrate some events! I have the best experience living here and it's so sad that I have to leave.

Location: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Safety:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Facilities:🌟🌟🌟🌟 Service:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Scenery:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Price:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This is one of the best-located studios in Glasgow's student accommodations. It's surrounded by a variety of supermarkets catering to different budgets, such as Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury's, M&S, and Poundland, as well as fast food restaurants like McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Nando's. The subway station, train station, banks, and shopping streets are also very close by. All these locations are within a five-minute walk from the apartment, making it extremely convenient. Riverside House is also one of the few student accommodations in Glasgow that offers night-time security. It's always reassuring to see the staff at the front desk when returning home at 11 PM. The facilities here are quite new, especially the bathroom, which is also spacious. However, when I first arrived, there were some minor issues with the microwave and heating in the room, which is why I give it a four-star rating. But after reporting these issues, the maintenance staff quickly fixed them. If anything is missing or if there are quality problems, the manager helps us purchase new equipment, which is then installed by the maintenance staff. I feel they are very responsive, and the speed at which they handle problems is definitely faster compared to many other student accommodations. The staff occasionally organizes small events where you can enjoy free pizza and desserts, and they also distribute a lot of discount coupons. Additionally, the river view from the room is stunning, allowing me to enjoy the sunset. I love being able to bask in the sun during the rare sunny days here. Such a reliable apartment is surprisingly also affordable. It offers the best value for money among all the student accommodations I know of, and it's also one of the cheapest options available. I highly recommend staying here. You should book early because I remember they tend to raise prices towards the end. Diyuan Peng

So terrible this accommodation….. (PS. those ppl who gave 5 star reviews just bcuz the flat said they will offer a Jellycat doll as a gift to those who give 5 star reviews on Google.) The issues: 1. Usually without hot water(for instance NOW) 2. Usually parcels cannot be delivered.our staff usually not in the reception desk) 3. The back door has been broken but without any repair 4. The heaters only can turn on 2 hours; however, now the room is super cold. ( nonetheless, their reception desk has the heater with strong warm wind) 5. The heaters are noisy but they did not fix. 6. The staff usually not at reception desk 7. Sent the email to the manager but she never reply.
