I absolutely loved staying at this student accommodation near the University of Strathclyde. The location couldn't be better. It's just a quick 2-minute walk to the university, making it super convenient to pop back home between classes. The room was fantastic, fully equipped with a kitchen that made cooking my own meals super easy. It was really comfortable and offered plenty of privacy, which was great for studying and relaxing after a long day. What really made my stay special was the amazing staff. Breige, the receptionist, always greeted me with a big smile and made me feel right at home. Derek and Jamie were also wonderful, they kept everything spotless and were always around to help out. This place had everything I needed for a great student living experience. I highly recommend it to anyone studying at Strathclyde!

Polite staff but unpleasant experience. Moved in with few friends where they faced a lot of troubles as well. Some of the issues I would like to list: Very untidy, the corridors were smelly and often some big fly from outside would get in my room. I had to use hand towels to smack them as they fly fast. I never got key to my letter box, they said they ordered new ones but apparently takes 7+ months to come? Maybe it is still on the way. They used some tools from the Maintenace person every time I wanted to check my letters. No one is at the reception most of the time; they all work in some other property owned by hello student most of them time. They had to paint my walls after I moved in as the previous tenant left it super dirty (well they should clean before I moved in). And very bad neighbours, very loud and they treat common room very bad. All the games were always scattered around, juice and alcohol dropped on floor. No cleaning or maintenance.

Was an international student here. Got to make friends but had terrible experience overall. Amenities were broken when I moved in. The chimney didn't work and blinds got stuck in threads and beads. Staff were pretty useless specially the cleaning professionals as they actually never performed cleaning. There was writings by one of the couples all over the halls: gym mirror, posters in common room and laundry room. To my shock, there was no water for several hours few months ago. I had to catch a train and couldn't take a clean shower. Don't recommend, better halls available.

Lived there for few months. The team is very lazy and does not work on fixing the issues with the facilities. After months of complaining, they still have not fixed the projector. They keep stalling like "Oh we have ordered the parts" but it never arrives? "The guy who fixes it is on holiday and we will get it done". Generous company where they give employee several months of paid holiday, I guess? Lift breaks every now and then. Two dryers in entire accommodation with one is broken as it does not dry properly. Well, I am paying for them because you promised all these facilities on your website. It is fraud with false advertisement as half of the things don't work. Not to mention half of the dumbbells are missing in the gym as well with big writings on the mirrors by residents which has never been cleaned.

All of Receptionists is really kind and friendly. And they are friendly talkative people. So, I felt comfortable and the accommodations was really clean and prepared a lot of things for Halloween. Everything was really good.
