Choosing student accommodation in Glasgow usually comes down to a few practical questions: how far is it from university, what will it cost each month, and does the property have the facilities you will actually use? Kyle Park House Glasgow answers many of these with a central location, a choice of en-suite rooms and studios, and several everyday facilities within the building.
The property suits students who want to stay close to Glasgow's universities without giving up access to the city centre. Electricity, gas, heating, water, Wi-Fi and contents insurance are included in the rent, while study rooms, a cinema room and common areas give residents places to work or spend time outside their rooms.
Students have different ideas about what makes good accommodation. Some are happy sharing a kitchen with flatmates, while others would rather have a self-contained space. Kyle Park House offers both arrangements.
The en-suite rooms come with a private bathroom and shared kitchen facilities. For students who prefer to keep everything within their own room, the self-contained studio has its own kitchen and bathroom.
There are also several shared spaces within the residence. Study rooms provide somewhere to work away from the bedroom, while the common room and cinema room are useful when you want to take a break or meet other residents. On-site maintenance, secure entry and 24-hour security are also available throughout the year.

Getting around Glasgow is also relatively simple. Cowcaddens Subway Station, Buchanan Bus Station and the city's main railway stations are all within reach, making longer journeys across the city and beyond easier to manage.

so this accommodation personally for me has been a game changer for my Future. specially the bridge right behind our accommodation is such a beautiful place to go to for some peace and stability which is something that is very important for students like us and this is something nobody would tell you but only kyle park house gets the privilege of having this Site Hill bridge so close to us literally right next to us. the students over here have been the perfect bunch. the reception that I’m sitting in right now would be something I look back to my whole life. The coffee shots I make for myself here are better than any café I’ve been to. kyle park house truly was a beautiful beautiful transitional chapter in my book of life. the staff has been exceptionally caring, loving and kind, truly devoting that time and serving us wholeheartedly. thank you Kph thank you Donald, thank you all the staff members, thank you!

A great place to live as a student. It is secure, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the study and social spaces make it easy to balance work and relaxation. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for transport and nearby shops. Overall, it’s a comfortable and safe accommodation that makes student life much easier.

The place looks like a prison, and the rooms inside definitely resemble prison cells. The kitchen space is too small for four flatmates. Additionally, amenities are a trek away, as well as the University of Strathclyde. Despite being cheap, there’s probably places with much better rooms for the exact same price, if not cheaper, that are much nearer the University and other amenities. Although there are recently refurbished communal spaces that do look much better than last year, what cannot be refurbished is many of the staffs awful attitude, rudeness and laziness. I know a staff member who left because it was so miserable to work there. I’m giving two stars purely for the refurbished communal spaces. I would give one and a half stars if I could, and one star if this place hadn’t refurbished their communal spaces.

Liberty Park is a basic students residence. Good things: * Close to the center (15min walk); * very good common/studding area; * clean, hot water and heating works well; * Kitchen well equipped (oven, fridge, ... no pans); * Not expensive (during summer, for short stays, ~160€/week); Not so good things: * You don’t know who will you share your apartment with ... in my case, I left my young daughter for a summer course, and there was a man ~45yo in the same apartment - I felt quite uncomfortable... * No towels, pans, ... which is hard for a foreign student in a short stay - you have to buy everything and not able to bring back home (plane luggage restrictions); * I saw some comment on being noisy... I didn’t feel it... but I believe it can be during “normal” season; I would repeat it for a short stay... but for a year long stay, I would search for options; there are plenty in Glasgow!
