The Crestwood, provo-ut

Although the apartment itself was a pleasant place to live, I cannot recommend signing a lease with this complex due to the poor management and lack of communication. My daughter’s roommate was evicted, and a new roommate was moved into the apartment without any communication with the remaining tenants. In addition, items my daughter intentionally left for the tenant taking over her lease were removed from her room without notice. We were later informed that we would need to retrieve the belongings from a garage, despite living out of state. The lack of communication throughout this process created unnecessary confusion, stress, and frustration. More importantly, it left us with the impression that residents’ privacy, security, and personal property are not treated with the care and respect they deserve.

Overall a good place. A bit pricey, especially for not having in unit laundry, and the bugs, mold, and water spots in some units could use some help. Other than that, its a good place to live. Pretty social, nice amenities, and lots of parking.

Run from this place, this has to be one of the worst managed apartment complexes. It all started from day one. Where they room you with people you are “compatible” with. I couldn’t have been any different, terrible experience. Management refuses to help, they expect you to honor the rental agreement you sign but they don’t honor it themselves. The maintenance hotline is 100% worthless. If you need anything repaired or responded to I hope you’re handy. Plan to have no response, and when they do answer expect the rudest people you can imagine. And know they will just hang up on you.

I LOVED living at the Crestwood and the Staff is amazing. Jayce the manager was always so kind and professional. She made my experience here 10x better. Overall the apartment, and staff, the grounds and amenities were all impeccable. I am so very sad to be moving out.
