The Branbury, provo-ut

I LOVE THE BRANBURY!!! I spent almost three years living here and it was a blast! Management is quick to respond and listen. All super nice, never really had an issue with them. Everytime something would break (normal wear and tear), maintenance would fix it within a day or two. The Branbury is super good with upkeep, the place is never dirty. The gym is excellent! Super social, tight community. The entire Branbury is one stake. Walking distance from Walmart AND Target. Right at the pretty Provo River Trail. Lots of nice natural light. I'm grateful I spent almost my entire time at University here! Met really good people, laughed a lot, and just had an overall great experience.

I lived at the Branbury for two years while attending BYU. It’s pricey, but frankly, it’s not different than most ever complex around the area. If you are considering living here, it’s honestly probably the best you’re gonna find as a byu student outside of living in a house with roommates. During my time here, maintenance was pretty good (besides having little resources to deal with mice effectively when we had a problem once), and the front staff was very helpful, friendly, and available! In short, it’s a decent student complex and better than most, but isn’t without its faults—then again, hardly any place is.

I’ve had a great experience with Branbury Apartments in Provo, Utah. The property is well-maintained, the environment is clean and peaceful, and the location is super convenient for getting around town. The management team has been helpful and responsive whenever anything has come up. I especially want to give a shoutout to Matthew Arscott, he has been professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. He goes the extra mile to make sure things are handled smoothly and that people feel taken care of. It really makes a difference having someone like him involved. Overall, I would definitely recommend Branbury Apartments to anyone looking for a solid place to live in Provo.

The Brandbury was recommended to me by a friend living here. Since moving in, I’ve been so impressed with all its quick service, amenities, and kind staff. My roommates and I found a few issues during move-in, reported them, and within a twenty-four hours, someone from the maintenance department had come and fixed them all. In addition to the amenities (the pool, gym, piano, game room, etc.), the staff organizes activities to build a community here. My favorites were a Hawaiian night (complete with cultural and fire dancing), bingo night (with high-end prizes), and more. The staff is also super friendly and has helped me with everything from questions about lease renewal to using the app for the laundry machines. Every time I walk into the leasing office, no matter who’s working that shift, he/she always has a smile and greets me when I walk in. I leave with my day brightened every time. I’m so grateful for the kindness and assistance of Matthew, Emma, Adelin and Hayli. They also have fresh cookies in the front office every day, which is a bonus ; )

Overall pretty good spot to live. The hot tub and gym were nice. The Ryde Shuttle to campus was a big plus! It was also next to a great running trail and the Provo river. Parking could be tricky to find at times and was expensive. Would have lived there again if the apartment hadn’t rose rent $100 a month. Management was mixed. During finals week we got a notice that they were redoing the floor and we had to get everything cleared out that day.
