Alpine Village, provo-ut

I've been at Alpine Village for almost 2 years now, and I've really enjoyed my time here. The proximity to the BYU campus is priceless, the unit has solid space throughout, and the various property amenities make the place feel very social and alive. Nate Hansen in the leasing office has been super helpful, communicates well, and is really personable. The responsiveness of the maintenance team also needs to be recognized, as that variable can make or break an apartment living experience. Javier, Lucas, and Cesar do a great job, and I'm always surprised by how quickly they get to my apartment after I've submitted a request.

I’ve been living here for almost 8 months now and honestly I’ve had a really good experience so far. The building is nice, the amenities are great, and my roommates have been awesome too. My floor recently went through a renovation and it honestly looks way better now. Also, Nate in the leasing office has been super helpful and friendly whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything. Overall, it’s been a great place to live :)

They up charge you like crazy for amenities. You pay $60 a month for parking in the parking garage. Recently, I parked in a stall that was previous occupied by their construction material. Their construction crew left a nail, which gave me a flat tire! I had to tow my car out of the garage! I contacted them to see if they would provide some sort of compensation for the nail their crew left in the parking garage, but they simply told me “we will not cover any costs.” Beware of their parking garage and always check the spot before you park! Don’t live here.

I recently toured Alpine Village Apartments and was very impressed with the complex and the way I was treated. Alli was especially kind, professional, and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made the experience very welcoming. Excellent customer service!

🚨DO NOT BELIEVE THE PRICING THEY HAVE ON THEIR WEBSITE. I signed up expecting to pay $650 for rent. They have a ton of fees they do not disclose when you are there in person. My rent after all their fees is $830/month. 🚨This is the actual pricing break down $650 Rent $60 Parking Pass $67 Utility Charge $21 Communications Fee(Internet) $13 Renters Liability Insurance $10 Credit Reporting $7.50 Valet Trash Service Their website says that they cover utilities. They cover sewage and gas. Water and electricity and other utilities you have to pay. When I was looking for an apartment, I saw that this one had a lot of negative reviews. I went and asked them about it and they said that they had just changed management because the last one did an awful job. They said that I didn’t have to worry about hidden fees and then gave me a price break down. The price break down they gave me made it sound like I basically had to pay the $650 rent and that covered pretty much everything except for the valet trash and the “one time” parking permit fee(it’s actually monthly). It was no where near $830/month. Also, the room that I got was no where near as nice as the room that they showed to me when I went for a tour. The carpet is torn up, the fan in the bathroom is deafeningly loud, the couch is questionable looking, and the finish carpentry isn’t that great.
