About this property
A London postcode often comes with long commutes, but The Cube Ealing London keeps that to a minimum for many students studying in West London. The University of West London is within walking distance, North and South Ealing stations are nearby, and central London is only a Tube journey away. The property offers private studios and twin studios, with utility bills already included in the rent. Browse through The Cube Ealing reviews and you'll notice the same details appear again and again: convenient transport, modern studios and a neighbourhood that feels a little quieter than central London while staying well connected.
Address:
Homes for Students – The Cube Ealing
Popes Lane
London W5
The The Cube Ealing location puts everyday essentials within a short walk. Gunnersbury Park is only a couple of minutes away, Ealing Broadway High Street has supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, and North Ealing and South Ealing Underground stations connect the area with the rest of London. Students travelling into central London can also use the Elizabeth line from Ealing Broadway for quicker journeys across the city.
Many applicants also check The Cube Ealing floor plan before booking because the property offers several studio layouts instead of a single room design. That gives students more flexibility when deciding how much space they want throughout the academic year.
Privacy is a big reason many students choose The Cube Ealing student accommodation. Every studio has its own kitchen, bathroom and study area, while twin studios give two students the option of sharing the same apartment without giving up personal study space.
The weekly rent includes electricity, heating, water and 250 Mbps Wi-Fi, so there are no separate utility accounts to arrange after arrival. On-site maintenance is also available whenever support is needed.
Outside the rooms, residents have access to a TV lounge, games area, laundry facilities and secure bike storage. Those spaces naturally become part of the week, whether it's revising with classmates, watching a match or taking a break after lectures.
Security features include CCTV, secure FOB entry, private lockboxes and an out-of-hours support team. Together, these practical details make The Cube Ealing accommodation a dependable choice for students planning to study in West London.
If you're considering The Cube Ealing Classic Studio, it's one of the property's most popular room categories thanks to its generous floor space, private kitchenette and fully self-contained layout.
The Cube Ealing accommodation keeps the room selection simple. Every option is studio-based, so you'll have your own kitchen, bathroom and study area. The main differences come down to room size, layout and whether you're booking for yourself or sharing with someone you already know.

A quick look at The Cube Ealing floor plan shows that the property offers several studio layouts instead of repeating the same design throughout the building. That gives students more flexibility when deciding how much space they want before signing a tenancy.
The The Cube Ealing Classic Studio remains one of the most popular choices because it balances floor space, storage, and a fully self-contained layout without moving into the higher-priced room categories.
Monthly budgeting is much easier when the main bills are already covered. The weekly rent includes:

The building has more than just private studios. Shared spaces give residents somewhere to spend time outside their room, whether that's catching up with friends, revising together or simply taking a break after lectures.

You'll probably use some facilities more than others. The laundry room becomes part of the weekly routine, the lounge fills up during football matches and major sporting events, and the games area is usually where people end up after handing in coursework. Those small details shape everyday life far more than another page of amenities ever could, which is something reflected in many The Cube Ealing reviews.
The University of West London is the campus most residents walk to. Beyond that, the Piccadilly line and Elizabeth line open up a long list of universities across London, so daily travel depends more on the course than the postcode.

Students heading to central London universities usually rely on the Underground, while those studying at the University of West London often find walking quicker than waiting for a train. North Ealing, South Ealing and Ealing Broadway keep the rest of London within easy reach.
A few weeks into term, most routines happen within the same neighbourhood. Morning coffee, a supermarket stop on the way back from class or a quick Tube journey into central London all become familiar.

Green Space & Study
Gunnersbury Park is only a short walk away and is usually much quieter than central London parks. Ealing Central Library offers another change of scene when you need a desk away from your room.

Pick accommodation in London, and you'll spend the year learning the route between your room, campus and the nearest Tube station. The Cube Ealing accommodation keeps that routine fairly compact. University, transport, shops and green space all fall within the same part of West London, while private studios give you somewhere to switch off once the day is over. That combination explains why The Cube Ealing reviews often focus on the location just as much as the rooms themselves.

From the moment I joined Cube, it truly felt like a second home to me. I’ve loved both the space and the amazing people who surrounded me. Though my parents were far away, Abdul always made sure I never felt their absence—he supported and cared for me in every way. I’m grateful for the chance to meet people from different walks of life and to learn so many unique things from them. I’ll always treasure this place and carry with me all the wonderful memories I’ve created here. ☺️ Thankyou so much, Abdul & CUBE🥰

The previous on-site manager, Abdul, did a great job. There was a period of adjustment after the change in management company. The new team is still settling in and improving. Service and the apartment furnishings have clearly improved. The management team is very friendly. I believe Cube Ealing will keep getting better. Keep up the good work.

***Response to lack of accountability wrapped up in corporate jargon*** Thank you for taking the time to respond. First of all you completely ignored my main concern which is why is security provided under the previous management been removed and replaced by student wardens? How are you providing safe environment when you just had a major break in? you also had incidence where keys were left in the open all weekend That's two major security breaches yet still no security and part time staff with no one on site on weekends or public holidays. With student wardens left to run the place for you. In response to your reasoning for fire alarm issues I beg to differ. The reason was not because you were given incomplete information but because there was no staff on site to deal with the false fire alarms hence why fire brigade turned up few times to switch it off and to check everything was ok. Home for students were contacted several times yet they failed to show up because it was weekend. The reason why Abdul the previous manager is well liked is because he was the one who along with an engineer dealt with it and got the heating and hot water working after being contacted by several students for help, so students could have hot showers and heating in freezing temperatures in January. Yet Monday morning home for students took no accountability, sound familiar? Is it appropriate for home for students to get rid of security personnel and employ student wardens to save money? I'm paying over £350 to reside at the cube and you had the building under home for students management since mid December 2025 so over four months yet you can't even figure out how to organise a party ? Or to give something back to the students ? No wonder the group chat is full of disgruntle students. Stop pressuring/ begging students to leave positive reviews soon as they walk in the door it makes you look needy. I have included all the correspondence from home for students as receipts so there is no confusion about facts. Since the recent change in management this place has gone from a vibrant place where you wanted to live to a completely dead accommodation where no one is happy to live. The previous manager Abdul continuously tried to keep everyone entertained with social gatherings, events, outing and movie nights along with cultural and religious celebrations. since the new manager has taken over there has been nothing of note. There has been constant issues with heating, hot water and false fire alarms which has lead to many students fearful of cooking in their room incase they set off the alarm especially when there are many studio rooms where the window does not open and ventalation is poor. Biggest issue I have is removal of security under previous management we had night security we had Abdul's personal contact number where he could be contacted at anytime. I do not understand why there is no security at a student accommodation. After the recent robbery where parcels were stolen over the easter holidays with no staff onsite for 4 days, email was sent to suggest there will be security going forward however that only lasted few days now we back to part time staff again and no security at night with no staff over the weekend I fear something similar could happen again. Also after the robbery students were told to make claims against the retailer for the parcels that were stolen onsite from the cube with management taking no accountability even though the parcels were delivered to the cube. Most students including me are having to have our parcels delivered at nearby pickup points now which is ridiculous. Also as part of reactive measures to the robbery students are being told to carry rubbish from one end of the building to the other to access the rubbish area with management taking no responsibility. I have lived at the cube for almost three years now and these issues only started soon as new management came in with cost cutting measures and changes in staff. Unfortunately with all these issues and changes I can not recommend the cube.

The Cube was a really nice place to live for my friends and I. Abdul was always extremely helpful and friendly. Aside from the place being well-maintained, Abdul organises several events, outings and giveaways to keep things interesting and make sure everyone has a good time!

I must say, the reception has been quite remarkably kind. Given that we have only just moved in, his readiness to offer assistance — and, indeed, to resolve the various small but not insignificant problems that naturally accompany one’s unfamiliarity with a new place — has been immensely appreciated. We are most sincerely grateful.
