About this property
Ask anyone who has studied in London, and they'll probably tell you the same thing: a long commute quickly becomes the most exhausting part of university life. Losing an hour on trains before lectures and another hour on the way back leaves very little time for assignments, part-time work, or simply switching off.
That routine changes at Olympic Way Wembley student accommodation. Wembley Park Station, supermarkets, cafés, study spaces, restaurants, and entertainment all fit comfortably into the same neighbourhood, so daily life feels far more manageable. Olympic Way Wembley also gives quick Underground access to different parts of London, making university travel much easier while keeping everything you regularly need close to home.
Address: 23 Olympic Way, Wembley, London HA9 0FR
The name Olympic Way Wembley is familiar to anyone who has visited Wembley Stadium. The broad pedestrian avenue links Wembley Park Underground Station with the stadium and remains busy throughout the day with local residents, office workers, visitors, and university students.
For students, that location works well because daily errands rarely involve travelling across the city. A supermarket run after class, lunch with friends, a quick gym session or an evening at Boxpark Wembley can all fit into the same afternoon without turning into another journey on the Underground.
Travel around London also stays straightforward. Wembley Park Station sits about five minutes away on foot and connects directly with central London through the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines. Baker Street, King's Cross, Finchley Road and several university areas can all be reached without complicated route changes.
The room matters, but so does everything that happens outside it. Here's what makes Olympic Way Wembley student accommodation stand out.
Daily travel feels much simpler
A five-minute walk takes you to Wembley Park Station, where the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines connect with central London and several university locations.
Shopping fits naturally into the week
London Designer Outlet, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés and convenience stores all stay close enough for quick visits between lectures or before heading home.
Bills stay predictable
Electricity, heating, gas, water, Wi-Fi and contents insurance all form part of the rent, making monthly expenses easier to keep track of.
More than just a place to sleep
Quiet study rooms, a residents' gym, shared lounges, outdoor spaces and games areas give you different places to revise, exercise or spend time away from your room.
Room options suit different budgets
Choose an en-suite with a shared kitchen if you'd like lower weekly costs, or pick a private studio for your own kitchen, bathroom and study space.
The room you choose usually depends on how you plan to spend your time at home.
An en-suite room works well if you enjoy sharing a kitchen while keeping your bedroom and bathroom private. A studio gives you complete independence with your own kitchenette, study area and living space. Larger double studios add extra room for anyone who prefers additional space.

Olympic Way Wembley student accommodation keeps Wembley Park Station within a short walk, making daily travel much easier for lectures, libraries, internships, and part-time work. Several universities remain well connected through direct Underground and National Rail services, so travelling across the city rarely involves complicated route changes.
London's transport network gives you more than one way to reach campus, which becomes useful during engineering works, delays, or timetable changes. The care and support at 23 Olympic Way is genuinely fantastic, largely thanks to the 24/7 reception team who make me feel incredibly safe and welcome the moment I walk in. The frontline staff are super approachable, always ready for a chat. Getting things fixed is also straightforward through the MyUnite app, and the team puts real effort into student welfare by organizing regular social events in the common rooms. It really helps to build a supportive community vibe, ensuring I never feel isolated despite living in such a massive building right next to the stadium.

My experience as of so far living in the accomodation that i do has been a pleasant one. It is very accessible in terms of transport which is really good for me to get to university in time. there is also an outlet 3 minutes away which is good for going out to socialise and go out with friends every now and then. there is also a lot of food spots allowing students to have variety and not the same stuff over and again. The staff in the building are also super duper helpful when assisting residents.

I think the 2 stars is GENEROUS! I missed an important university exam because a flatmate set off the fire alarm from smoking cannabis in the early hours of the morning. This is a massive fire risk! When I reported it, the staff refused to take any action, saying it wasn’t their problem. The shower broke multiple times due to poor-quality materials. Despite promises that it would be fixed "within the hour," the engineer arrived 7 hours later. I had to go without a shower for 2 days at one point. The kitchen was uninhabitable. Despite my efforts to clean it weekly, it was overrun with flies, grease-filled sinks, and food debris. Bin bags were piled up, and staff’s kitchen meetings were useless. The reception manager refused to enforce any fines. Out of the washing machines and dryers, only two worked properly. The rest drenched my clothes, making me pay around £15 just to dry them. The bin room was a health and fire safety hazard, with bin bags blocking the fire exit. When I flagged this, the staff said they couldn’t do anything until the next afternoon. Construction noise from the site opposite was constant, even on weekends, making it impossible to sleep. The staff promised to return my saucepans and cooking utensils, which meant I couldn’t cook or eat properly. They even sent me a photo of the saucepans, but they've gone missing, and I’ve had no response for 4 weeks. Facilities here aren’t worth the money. The management is incompetent, and this place needs to be closed down before someone gets seriously hurt. The manager’s attempt to resolve my complaint with a food voucher was a joke – I never received it. Avoid this accommodation at all costs!! The company don’t follow up your complaint, nor do they follow up on what they offer lol EDIT: Escalated again and again, no further along to getting any resolution.

I have been staying here for almost a year, and almost everything has been perfect. My room was also great. But what I enjoyed the most was that the night shift team always solved my problems easily, and I could always find someone at any hour of the night. The service from Hristo, Sher, Ravil, and Belai on the night shift was especially excellent — they felt more like friends than staff. Many thanks to the Unite Students team. I also cannot forget to mention Edson from the day shift, who always dealt with my issues quickly and effectively. More than the building itself, the STAFF are truly AMAZING!

Update: The emergency service said that I am entitled to get compensation but Unite Students seemed to ignore my emails... I would not recommend this to anyone. During my summer stay, I found bed bugs in my room.... I had to talk to 2 people in the reception and they told me that the pest control would come within 24 hours, the pest control didn't come for 2 days... and when I asked the manager, she had no idea... The staff was quite ignorant. The maintenance person came after I called the emergency service twice and waited for 4 days... By that time, Me and my mom who came for few days ended up getting severe body reactions, had to go to the hospital twice and get medicines, we ended up staying at a hotel... Awful experience 😭
