I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel. A special thank you to Norman at reception, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

We stayed at Ark because went to Harry Styles' concert. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. Nice check-out time at 11. The only thing I missed was breakfast, but we had a lovely one at a café nearby.

had a really lovely stay at ARK Wembley for a few days. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very calming, modern feel to it. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the décor and overall experience — everything felt comfortable and well put together. The location is also great, especially if you want to be around Wembley Park — very convenient and well connected. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention to Norman — he was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel even more personal and pleasant. Overall, a wonderful place to stay — clean, well-designed, great location, and genuinely lovely people. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again. ✨

Finding a comfortable studio when first moving to the city was quite a challenge. From my initial viewing with James to my final check-in with Dimitri, the long-stay package at Ark Wembley has been nothing short of the city-living experience I was hoping for, and I am thoroughly enjoying every moment of it. Perfectly located and offering cosy, well-designed studios, Ark Wembley strikes a great balance between having your own private space and being part of a vibrant community. The range of facilities and activities available makes day-to-day living both convenient and enjoyable. The location is excellent, with fantastic transport links and easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The team: James, Eliie just to mention a few are consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which has made settling into a new city much easier. Highly recommend Ark Wembley to anyone looking for modern, comfortable, and community-focused accommodation, particularly for a short or longer stay. I know I am locked in with this fam. 🤗

Great location for the football at Wembley. Rooms were clean and amenities were brilliant. Norman on reception was exceptional. Throughout our stay he went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. This is a rare weekend away from the real life for my wife and I so a massive thank you to Norman for being so professional and friendly.
