Finding the right student accommodation in Liverpool can make a big difference to your university experience. Staying close to campus, having reliable transport nearby, and knowing your everyday essentials are only a short walk away all help make student life much easier. Moorfield brings those advantages together from its city-centre location, placing residents within walking distance of universities, transport links, shops and some of Liverpool's most popular destinations.

Utility bills are included in the rent, and the property provides a range of facilities that support both academic life and downtime. Whether you're new to Liverpool or returning for another year, Moorfield offers a practical base from which to enjoy everything the city has to offer.
University life is not usually the same day after day. Some days it is lectures and schoolwork, other days it is exploring the city, seeing friends or working on assignments. Having accommodation that fits that lifestyle might make going into university a lot simpler.

The building offers a variety of en-suite apartments, meaning all residents have their own private bathroom, whilst sharing public space with other students. It is a setup that provides a decent balance between private space and student community.

Study spaces, social areas and practical on-site amenities all contribute to a smoother day-to-day experience, while round-the-clock security and maintenance support help residents feel settled throughout the academic year. The house is centrally located and offers a convenient place to live whilst studying in Liverpool.

So yeah, I genuinely love my accommodation. It feels so safe. It's it's really comfortable and it's well looked after. All our requests are carefully taken care of and urgently responded to. The service is taught here and they always, they always speak to respond. That one thing I love about Moorefield and we can tell the truth that you could literally tell that we shouldn't care about their tenants. So I would say their services so far has been talking much and I would highly recommend them for accommodations in general.

Unite Students Moorfield is in a great location, close to uni and the city centre. Decent rooms and good study/social spaces, but maintenance can sometimes be slow. Overall, a convenient place for student life.

Staff are friendly but room had no mattress, shower was broken and room was dirty on arrival. Pricing isn't clear and moving in and out was difficult with parking

Disgusting. Don't stay here. Room is awful damp all on the roof and bathroom has holes in the ceiling where the piping is. People constantly smoking weed outside. Doors constantly slamming really loud. Sink broke the first day I stayed there. Kitchen cupboards hanging off. Didn’t have a hoover until I asked 4 times. Says there is parking however no parking spaces available at all. Put me in a room with 3 3rd year students mostly boys. Stayed here twice since September and paid over £2000 and have contacted them about cancelling the contract as my mental health has taken a toll with the accommodation stress. I have tried everything to sell it and had no luck. Was also not told there was a full hotel of males staying opposite the accommodation. They replied with an automated email after telling me to email them which is disgusting. Was also told on the phone my DIAGNOSED mental health issues are not significant enough to get me out the contract and that I need to DROP OUT OF UNI to get out the contract. The issue is the state of the accommodation, the people in it and how awful I felt both times I stayed there alongside the stress of not being able to get rid of it. Terrible customer service. Terrible surroundings. inhumane company

The rooms are slightly outdated but absolutely liveable. Great community I’ve made friends for life and great location
