Capital Gate, liverpool

I lived in capital gate for my first and second year at uni. The location is pretty good as its a lidil right beside it and is only 10/15 min walk to lime street it also has good transport connections as there multiple bus stops near by. The rooms are a decent size and bathroom is sufficient the only downside is there's no storage or shelves in the bathroom. The social area/kitchens are massive however only have a large table and lack a tv and sofa which would make this place 10/10. The staff and maintenance are lovely , friendly and so helpful , especially the cleaning lady who always stopped for a chat. The reception/ social area is lovely and a good size however does lack activities, however I can see they are listening to feedback as they now have a pool table and games as I was checking out. The price is pretty reasonable however I think adding a tv and sofa into the flats would make a huge difference.

Amazing student accomodation! Tom Q is the most helpful receptionist I could ever ask for, staff overall friendly and super nice! Would stay here again as it is also close to the University.

Was a solid accommodation, very close to campus and shops nearby so easy to get food and supplies. Staff pretty helpful and repairs done fairly fast. Overall decent accommodation.

I lived here in first year- for an en suite room it was one of the cheapest deals i heard of. I really liked my room and bathroom. The maintenance team where quick if there where any issues. The people at reception was really nice as well. It’s a really handy spot as it’s close to the uni of campus and is about a 15 minute walk from lime street.

Tom Q was very helpful. Made leaving my key a super quick and easy process and helped me to understand exactly what I needed to do
