They are renovating ALL of the apartments which is awesome. Adding a fridge so there are two. The new counters and cabinets are amazing. The shared rooms are HUGE compared to other places in Provo. It's in a great spot, maintenance gets to you fast and management is super nice. The price is one of the lowest in Provo too.

Well I didn’t think I would leave a review but this needs to be said. •we were persuaded to sign on to a renovated apartment that costed a little bit extra. The apartment was “in the process” of being renovated when we moved in. The new doors were rushed they have cracks and missing pieces. They spray painted the cabinets the day we moved in and it didn’t have time to off gas it smelt so strong. And it looks pretty crappy with yellow showing through the crappy paint job. They painted over the hinges and the cabinets were glued together with paint and we had to crack them all open. There was a giant hole in our wall for months before they did a quick patch on that too. We didn’t have a microwave they said, they told us we would be getting new appliances. There was a microwave sitting outside on a table for weeks and we wondered if that was the old one as we patiently waited for a new one. Well a few weeks later they brought us the microwave that was sitting outside. It was filthy and rusty but I cleaned it and we thought it wouldn’t be too bad because we were getting a new one like they said. A new one never came. We received a “new” smaller fridge. But our oven remains broken (temperature gauge never gets higher than 200 degrees so you never know how how the oven is) after multiple maintenance requests. We got a sloppy thrown together remodel for a more expensive price. Months later they started renovating other apartments who didn’t purchase renovated rooms. They payed the cheaper price. But their remodels were prioritized over those who had payed more. They got new appliances, new cupboards, and we’re still waiting. It makes me question why they told us to pay more for a crappy land lord special, when they were planning on renovating all of the apartments anyways. In the winter temperature control and heating was fine but the one tiny cooling unit in the summer has been miserable. It is always hot. The cooling unit has stopped working completely multiple times. It is unsafe to be in an apartment that hot for multiple days waiting for it to be fixed and brought back to a barely tolerable temperature. I use a fan and ice packs everyday just to function, so when it completely stopped it’s unbearable. When we tried to address these issues we have been dismissed and told us we were never going to receive new appliances, so what was the extra cost for?? In hindsight I should have asked for everything they promised us in writing but we only have the empty promise of “renovation” •the people are the one redeeming quality for this apartment. It is a great community, people are friendly. The maintenance men are always so kind. Geraldo alone deserves 5 stars he works so hard.

I love the ward here at Bountiful Court. It’s comprised of solely this building, so it’s a surprisingly close and social ward. I loved living here before my mission and ended up coming back to live here after the mission because I liked it so much the first time. Plus the price is right. I tried looking around for something cheaper in the area, but they felt too cramped compared to these apartments which have spacier kitchens and living rooms than most other apartments. Not having a cramped apartment is really important to me for my sanity I guess, haha! One of the downsides is that maintenance is difficult to get worked out, but if you get to know the maintenance guy and communicate openly with him, that helps. (Squeaky wheel much.) Ownership of the building swapped hands recently, so I can’t comment on the new management yet. Oh, one of the other downsides is that we’re *technically* not allowed to put up decorations and lights on the walls inside the apartment, and we’re also not allowed to put things outside the apartment (e.g. doormats, jack-o-lanterns, potted plants, etc.). I hope those rules gets adjusted with the new management! Overall, I would recommend Bountiful Court to someone who is looking to rent on a budget, have decently big living space for an apartment, and interact with a wonderfully fun and loving ward.

Bountiful courts is fantastic! The management is so helpful, quick and kind. The apartments are well kept and comfortable for an affordable price. Plus the environment is fun and there is always something going on!

The entire Bountiful Court tema has done and continues to go above and beyond with taking care of the property and it’s residents. Gerardo and Debbie consistently provide courteous, responsive, and reliable support, contributing positively to an excellent overall experience. I am extreme my oleased with the culture of love and care that this property and it’s staff have!
