They're just like any other apartment complex in Provo, just trying to steal your money and don't care about their residents at all. Management is a bunch of incompetent workers who tell you different directions or fail to communicate anything. They constantly throw loud obnoxious parties that literally shake the whole apartment complex and completely trash the courtyard. It's super embarrassing. The elevator in both buildings breaks down constantly (honestly not ADA compliant at all). Hot tub never works and gym has holes in the wall. Most of the appliances break and maintenance people can never do their job properly. Honestly, they're just like every other apartment complex or managing company in Provo. At the end of the day they don't care about their residents and for the amount you pay (which is increasing every year) it is ridiculous. Please go with a private landlord and don't live here. They won't care about you and it's honestly a lot of money for a place that constantly breaks down, or looks trashy.

If you like to social, village creates lots of opportunities for that by doing monthly big events, basically for free. There are many facilities here (pool, hot tub, gym, pickle ball court). Maybe I was just unlucky, the hot tub and pool closed twice for maintenance and it took them quite a while to fix them. The rent is definitely expensive because of the facilities and events here. It is about $740 or up for rent with utility. Also, application fees and other fees are included for application. So you might want to consider that before signing up the contract here. But in general, it is a very comfortable place to live, close to BYU campus and UVX bus stop. If you prefer quieter places, village might not be a place for you because the events here can get pretty loud but if you like to have fun, you will definitely have so much fun here.

The apartments are very expensive but they are the nicest in Provo for student housing. When I arrived I was a little shocked because the view out of our living room and kitchen windows were dumpsters which also caused a horrible smell in our apartment. They did move the dumpsters after a few weeks (once everyone was moved in). When I moved in there were contact lenses all over the floor in my room, and once I vacuumed my room and the living room the vacuum was packed full, so definitely not cleaned before move in. We have also had plumbing issues but once we requested to get them fixed their plumbers came quickly and fixed the problem within the next day. The apartments are not soundproof and every night there are cars being towed so either car alarms keep you awake or kids outside hanging out do. The amenities are amazing with a hot tub, gym, and the loft. I had lots of friends over for a get-together in the loft, after a little cleaning up and wiping down the mess of other people it was an amazing experience with pool, ping pong and the big tv to watch a movie. The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous and one of my favorite parts. However, they host huge parties which ruins the courtyard and it smells like a pig pen for a few weeks, the flowers are a mess and it takes a few days to clean up the rest of the outside. However, they always get the courtyard looking like normal again. The whole night of the parties involve strangers breaking into the apartment building, running up and down the hallways, breaking exit signs, and leaving everything a muddy mess, worst of all from the parties are guys will walk around the building banging on your doors and yelling to let them in. (So those nights are definitely a little scary) Nevertheless, I do enjoy the size of my apartment, my room is a good size and lots of storage space for clothes, the kitchen is big, the living room is very nice as well. If you keep it clean it is a wonderful apartment for a young college student who is ready to make lots of friends. The ward is awesome and everyone is very social. It’s also very close to campus with is a huge plus! Everyday life is amazing at this complex 🤍

I love living here. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The ammenities are nice and I love the big pool and hot tub. Since my time here, the water has been shut off frequently which is annoying. There are events and parties every couple months that can be pretty crazy. I like the size of the rooms and the fact that a TV is provided.

Predatory parking fees, making money off their own tenants. They have a towing system that waits ten minutes after you leave your car to drop off groceries to them tow you for $400 dollars. Considering they don’t have enough resident parking, there is no street parking and intentionally no loading/unloading zone this is knowingly predatory. To get a parking code you need it from the office which is not open on weekends.
