This place is terrible and not worth the trouble. Our apartment had a full bathroom remodel, taking out water in the apartment and storing debris occupying the kitchen and living room in the middle of the week with no notice or anything. I wish I could say that's surprising from them, but it isn't. Communication is slow and sometimes non-existent (other than when they're begging for lease renewals) which is pretty terrible for a place charging a $20/month "communication fee". I had my car towed while I had been paying for a parking pass for over a year and it took days to get any response from them when I complained. They also post double charges to minor things on accounts and I've had to repeatedly email to get the charges removed. Do yourself a favor and live anywhere else.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I lived here for a little less than a year and it was a HORRIBLE experience. I wish I could put 0 stars. They are completely inconsiderate. Everything breaks and they never actually fix anything. There was an entire week where they tore out our bathroom and I had no where to use the bathroom or shower. I tried to get money back and they did not help me and barely apologized. The office hours don’t even exist, you can never get a hold of them unless you threaten not paying rent. They charged a communication fee for 20 dollars every month and we never had internet they said a million times they would fix it and did not. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. There was a bat living in our apartment. And we lived in a rainforest because every day there was a new leak in the ceiling. These are just a few of the issues we had.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I am never bothered to write reviews for places however, Eastpointe and Campusway are the absolute WORST. I moved into an apartment with broken drawers, a broken and rusty dishwasher, and dangerous broken tiles all over the kitchen and living room area. My bathroom door didn't close since the day I moved in. Maintenance didn't fix it until 7 months later and about 20 unanswered phone calls. Management was impossible to get a hold of, and their pricing is ridiculous. For a private room and parking WITH ALL OTHER FEES INCLUDED, it was about $715/month. For a place that is very clearly A LOT older than places like The Village, Alpine Village, etc that are about the same price but also have things like pools and hot tubs. Also no central A/C?? Would never recommend any of the Campusway properties to anyone. ZERO stars. Don't move here!!!
