I have had the pleasure of working with Cobblestone Property Management for the past couple of years, and they have always been an absolute pleasure to work with. As someone in the restoration industry with Restore Pros, I can truly say that Cobblestone stands out from many other property management companies in this area. What I appreciate most is that they never take shortcuts or simply “band-aid” issues to save money. They genuinely care about handling situations the right way and making sure problems are fully addressed from the beginning. That level of professionalism and care makes such a difference for both their properties and their residents. No matter who you speak with, every single lady in the office is kind, professional, understanding, and easy to work with. I have especially loved working with Gracie and Jessica over the years, but I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the rest of the team as well. It’s refreshing to work alongside a company that truly values doing things correctly, communicates well, and treats people with respect. I highly recommend Cobblestone Property Management!

I loved my time living at the Summit, a large part due to CPMG. Maintenance was really quick, everyone in the office was always responsive and helpful, the property was kept clean and always felt safe. Having experience with pretty much every management company throughout Athens, I can confidently say that CPMG’s easily the best…especially Samantha and Jessica! I’d recommend them to anyone, and would be the only company I’d rent with if I ever find myself back in Athens.

I would not recommend renting through Cobblestone Management based on my experience as a tenant from the past two years. From the beginning, there were significant issues with the condition of the unit and the responsiveness of management. On move-in day, the apartment was not properly prepared—there were tools and materials (including a power drill, paint, nails, and screws) left scattered throughout the unit, some areas were left unfinished, and my bedroom door was visibly damaged and did not close properly. Additionally, we went without air conditioning for approximately a week during peak summer heat due to delayed maintenance response. Similar delays occurred with other maintenance issues, including a broken dryer that went unrepaired for extended periods. Maintenance requests were frequently left unaddressed for days or weeks. While tenants receive regular emails about policies and expectations, it was difficult to get timely responses when actual issues arose. Phone calls often went unanswered, and the local office was not consistently staffed during normal business hours. Management’s handling of tenant concerns and disputes was particularly frustrating. I was required multiple times to provide documentation to address damage claims and alleged lease violations. However, responses to that documentation were inconsistent, and the standard for what qualified as “sufficient proof” appeared to change depending on the situation. This created an ongoing process where concerns were not clearly resolved and responsibility remained unclear. There were also repeated administrative issues. I provided management with a key to my locked bedroom months in advance, yet on multiple occasions they claimed they did not have access and attempted to charge me unnecessarily. Despite prior communication, this issue was not resolved. During the move-out period, management conducted tours of the unit with less than 24 hours’ notice. Communication practices also raised concerns, including sending sensitive or disputed information in group emails to multiple tenants rather than handling matters individually and more professionally. Although I vacated the unit early due to ongoing issues, I have continued to meet my lease obligations, including paying rent and utilities. The only option provided was to find a sublease independently, without meaningful assistance from management. Overall, my experience has been marked by delayed maintenance, inconsistent communication, and a lack of professionalism in handling tenant concerns and disputes. I would encourage prospective tenants to carefully consider these factors before signing a lease.

I live at mesa shadows which is a 55 plus community and have been here for 5 years and this place has turned into a slum lord property rental and we pay close to a thousand just to rent property.The pool is never clean and a friend of my had a severe rash on her back from use.She ordered a testing kit from amazon to test levels and called the health department.The levels at the time he came by (which was a few days later and chlorine was added)passed but barely.The last month it was green.Now it looks like excrement in jacuzzi.The pool locks are broke and have been for months so all kinds of strangers comming in and using. I lived with no street lights for a year before fixed. I would not reccomend anyone use this company it is a disgrace for the amount of money paid to rent property .

I hate to leave bad reviews, but this company is truly awful. Please, please save yourself the stress and go with another leasing agency. Work orders take forever, that is if they even decide to get around to it at all. They often schedule tours with little to no notice. They are extremely unorganized. There has been a massive decline in cleanliness on the property I live in since cobblestone took over. I was told there would not be a late fee for the first month. There was. The units were left in horrible shape (dirty, many broken features, water wouldn’t get hot in one bathroom until recently. AC issues, etc.) And, they are very difficult to get a hold of, and their offices are located in a gated community, With a code to get in. Not all of the employees here are bad. Most try their best, but management is awful. Horrible company. Do not recommend.
