The service here is a tale of two extremes. First, the major issue: Saif (Pakistani guy)is consistently rude, arrogant, and makes everything difficult. I’ve had multiple 'fishy' experiences with him regarding parcels where he denies they exist until I show him proof several times(mail). His attitude changes completely depending on who he is talking to, and it makes for a very uncomfortable environment. On the other hand, Michael and Afra are wonderful. They are the definition of helpful and friendly, and they are the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. Belgrave needs more people like Michael and Afra and needs to address the behavior of Saif, who is creating a very negative atmosphere for residents, None then less apart from that belgrave had been great and good accomodation but I want at least belgrave team to warn such guys since it will impact their future tenant who stays here .

I booked a silver room. It has got amazing gym facilities. There are books to read in the common area, lots of games and amazing staff. Very cheerful and helpful. Rooms are spacious and kitchen has 4 burner stove, a refrigerator, and oven along with lots of cabinets for all the roommates to keep their stuff. I encourage everybody to book here.

And the gym, pls don't come in they're words that they are providing you gym. The gym which doesn't have even half of the good equipments, everything is broken, no safety while working out, no proper maintenance of gym equipments. There are only treadmill and 2 rowing machine to work with. Rest is on you guys.

Param, the maintenance agent has been a great help with accommodating a new oven in our room since the previous one has been giving us trouble. He's helped us with the shower, a new iron board and water clog as well. Lovely service offer by him. :)

As a parent I cannot help but express my disappointment at this accommodation for its relative cost. The whole kitchen has seen far better days and needs replacing. My child will not use the grill or toaster because they are so dirty. The shower does not drain away properly and the extractor does not work leading to mold. The walls are paper thin. Top cost accommodation, but quality very poor.
