And the comfort that I got here till now, I would hardly have got anywhere else. Because the staff of this property is very friendly and supportive too. The manager is very nice who is very supportive and treats her tenants like her own family. Rest all the professional staff are very good who work during the day. The entire staff is very well educated and experienced. The security personnel who come at night are also very friendly and supportive. The rooms in this property are very luxurious and absolutely new and well maintained. All the flats and apartments have everything you need. My experience has been excellent so far and I would recommend you. This property is located in the city center and is one of the best.

Kerry was particularly helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions with courtesy and professionalism, making me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I stayed a year here and this is really the worst accommodation I have ever been at. It was extremely overpriced and my room was not even cleaned when I moved in. The windows do not open properly and the whole accommodation is so old, run down, dirty and mouldy. I would recommend staying clear of this place and stay anywhere else. One positive is that the staff were always very nice and helpful.

My stay at Old Fire Station has been very positive overall. The accommodation is clean, well-maintained, and generally quiet, and my studio was private and comfortable. Most of the staff have been extremely pleasant, supportive, and helpful since day one, including both long-standing and newer team members. The housekeeping staff in particular are consistently friendly, prompt, and efficient whenever assistance is needed, and communication is clear with regular notices about maintenance or any disruptions. Occasionally, noise from students in the corridors can be an issue, and stronger monitoring by reception or security would help. I did have a negative experience with one reception staff member who was rude and unhelpful during multiple interactions. I was also disappointed that a late-night security concern involving unauthorised access outside my window was not properly followed up on. Despite these isolated issues, my overall experience was very good, and I would recommend this accommodation due to its excellent location near Aston University and the city centre, strong transport connectivity, and high standard of maintenance.
