Scott Canady and his maintenance team are awesome! When I kept having problems with the washing machine inside my apartment, Scott was able to get me a new one. Then I had closed my garage while I took groceries inside today. When I came back out the garage would not open and I had more groceries to bring inside. The on call team member came out at 1:30am to get me back inside my garage. Extremely grateful they came out when didn’t have to so none of my food spoiled!! Garage was then fixed later today!! THANK YOU for great service.

I applied to campus edge and just went on a tour of the beautiful property. The leasing consultant Javier was amazing from the first point of contact via phone to the in person tour today! From his amazing professionalism to the knowledge of the property! The tour was amazing I am excited to hopefully have found my new home! Would give 10 stars if I could. Very beautiful and well kept property

Huge shoutout to Collin, the maintenance tech. He was extremely professional & so knowledgeable about his work. Our washer stopped & he didn’t just put a bandaid over it but actually fixed the issue down to the wiring. The guy’s a genius. Thanks Collin

Collin and Will were able to fix my hot water, fix my showerhead, and change lightbulbs within a few hours of submitting a request, and Kyle in the office has been fantastic for discussing leasing options, amenities, and local rules and policies. Thanks!

Scott the maintenance manager is a gem. I’ve had a few issues come up in my few years of living here. He is ALWAYS quick to fix or check in. Rare to find in student housing so I’m more than appreciative of him and the staff here!
