University Suites is a great place to live, and I've been happy to call it home for the past 3 years! It's spacious floorplan in either the 4x4 or 3x3 allows you to transform the space into one that is uniquely your own and gives you ample privacy with your own walk-in closet and bathroom. The kitchens are big enough to fit all your essentials and still have plenty of room in the dining area to fit a dinner table where you and your roommates can rehash your days at school, catch up if it's been a while, or simply share a meal! The living room also has tons of room to add all types of furniture and a built-in entertainment center perfect for movie nights! While I don't have a pet personally, I thoroughly enjoy seeing all the puppies outside on walks, as well as cats in the windowsill 🙂 Thanks for having me!

University Suites is a phenomenal college apartment complex. The 3x3 units are incredibly spacious and private, while the 4x4 units are perfect for social people, while also remaining private. The apartments don't feel cramped, and instead of the apartment-like feel you get from several other apartment complexes around the area, you get a more home-like feel that is perfect for college students living in an apartment for the first time. The leasing staff is fast and efficient at resolving issues and keeping the atmosphere of the community lively and fun. The maintenance team is excellent at maintaining the property and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner. The amenities are great, with people utilizing them in a variety of ways. The sand volleyball court also makes for a perfect place to tan and play table games. The pool is perfect for social gatherings, with each resident allotted two guests at a time. The shallow end of the pool is perfect for tanning, reading, or even playing pong. The gym has a private Pilates room, which is something that is convenient for a lot of people. Especially considering they have a reformer. The community is also heavily geared towards college students, with a shuttle bus that has two stops on NC State's campuses. Additionally, they have pest control that comes every week. University Suites is conveniently located near a Raleigh City bus stop (that goes straight to main campus), a gas station that is walkable from the apartments, and ten minutes from NC State's Main and Centennial campuses, as well as less than ten minutes from two (almost three) different Food Lions (one of which has a park and go for the Wolfline). Rent includes parking, utilities (water, heat), and wifi! Overall, this is the perfect college apartment with a great atmosphere and enthusiastic staff and friendly neighbors!

Great experience . Welcoming reception , nice tour of the facilities and nice to have a person to assist you through the application process instead of a chatbot or internet page . Was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of facilites , rooms and value for the money . Staff here are wonderful !

I really enjoy living here. The bus drivers are amazing especially my king Joe, he’s always so kind and excited to be here. I love having the third floor all to myself with a very spacious room. #livelaughloveusuites

I’ve had friends that have lived here and they all have said that they loved the property. Good space with easy access. They also have great communication with the front desk for any needs.
