I along with my roommate have lived at Avanti Apartments for well over a dozen years. Horizon has done a fine job updating the design interior as it looks fresh and stylish. The building is so well maintained, kept clean as well as work orders being accomplished efficiently. The management team are superb- Amy as uber lead manager Morgan brilliant as assistant and leasing agent, Daric and Jackson rock in their maintenance roles.

Absolutely unprofessional and neglectful management company, in every single way. Our community has taken a huge decline in quality of living, cleanliness, and proper management since Horizon took over. Our property is in terrible condition all around & has been for the last year, the past 6 months being the worst of it. It’s not getting better and time passes, in fact it’s getting much worse. Our property is disgusting, filthy, and embarrassing to live at under Horizons management, who excuses their total neglect of the property by saying they are short staffed. We have been short staffed since July or August. I have lived in my community for almost 3 and a half years and it used to be a beautiful, clean, safe community. Property management makes a huge difference and it’s apparent that we downgraded hard.

We have had the privilege of partnering with Horizon Realty Advisory Partners for over 5 years as their courtesy patrol provider at one of their communities. They conduct their business with integrity, honesty and a true focus on the benefits of their communities to improve resident's lives. The on site management staff is friendly, responsive and proactive in the way the respond to the needs of the community. I highly recommend!!

I am so thankful that the lawn watering schedule has been adjusted. The grassy areas are green & wonderful to walk through at Forest Hills Apartments! Thank you for this consideration. Many thanks ♡

As a resident of Avanti, it has been a great experience so far! What sets them apart from other places I’ve resided is how great management is and how they are able to cultivate a wonderful community! 10/10 would recommend
