I've had a great experience living at this student housing community, especially with the maintenance team. They are always quick to respond, professional, and make sure repairs are completed correctly. A special thank you to Kannan, who consistently goes above and beyond. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to ensure everything is fixed properly. It's clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and the quality of his work. Ce Ce was absolutely amazing throughout the entire leasing process! From the moment I walked into the apartment complex, she was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely valued as a potential resident. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and she made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I’ve really enjoyed being at Village Green Student Housing. The amenities have been nice using, going to the pool has been a highlight. Maintenance is very attentive here and issues that I bring up are handled within the day usually. Kannan especially has helped my roommates and I a good amount with our small issues.
