Do not live here. You will regret every minute of that decision. Management is absolutely useless. You can literally ask them anything and they will say "it is out of our control and there is nothing we can do." Also, good luck with dealing with the towing company. The first month I was here, I got randomly towed at 3 AM with a permit in the vehicle and towing company would not release it unless I paid $150. Reached out to management about it and never received a response. And don't forget about the internet outages, stuff breaking down, and the ridiculous presence of roaches on the property. To put it simply, they don't care about their residents. Save yourself the hassle and rent somewhere else.

Don’t live here. This place is horrific. Charged over $200 after moving out after they “didn’t receive my move in inspection form” when I turned it in along with my roommate. I provided the pictures from the form and they still wouldn’t accept it. This place is greedy and just trying to take from students. They also entered my apartment multiple times without me knowing while I have a pet and leaving the door open almost letting him out. Not to mention the various times multiple cars were broken in to and it took months for anything to even happen (There is one camera in the parking lot now). My walls weren’t even painted when I moved in. Just one more thing they did nothing about, I had ants and they didn’t have anything pet friendly so they just left me to deal with it on my own. The trash is picked up at 2am so expect to be woken up every night and if they don’t come, there were multiple times trash was spread all over the property. They have zero clue what even goes on at this location due to it being away from the leasing office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

After 3 years of living at this apartment I am extremely disappointed. Previously management was decent and very easy to work with but over the last year it has significantly declined. We have had insane issues with our AC not working for long periods of time for months until they finally gave us a new unit only for it to not work again. Maintenance comes quickly but there is a great lack in communication. Whenever our AC was serviced a mess was left 2 times for us to clean up. The parking lot is not well lit, there are limited visitor spots, and lots of little pests running around. It is difficult to get someone on the phone as you have to go through an entire AI generated thing first before speaking to a real human. The apartments are nice but the lack of care for residents from the apartment complex is extremely frustrating for the rate residents pay.

Don't live here if you will fully rely on the shuttle to get to campus. They promote their shuttle to campus as an amenity but half of the time it is not even running. They don't get a rental when it is out of service either. Many people choose apartments based on the shuttle so don't live here or University Village if you will rely on the shuttle to get to campus!!!!

This place scams and puts their residents in danger. I fought them for months to put cameras on the premises after one night we have 22 break ins. After my roommates care was stolen that wasn’t enough, I knew I had to push and finally they decided it was ok to put them up. They still act like they have security coming at night but they show up twice a year. The tow truck they have a contract with will show up unannounced at all hours. Do not move in here, they’ve caused me, my roommates and neighbors a lot of emotional trauma.
