Management is only there to collect fees, complex is the wild west. Homeless people sprawled out next to the building. Middle aged unemployed men spend all day in the parking lot blasting vulgar music. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I don’t know anyone that have a good experience with them. I literally had to transfer my lease and leave because of Cody’s targeted attacks. Anyway even if you rent from them make sure you don’t have to deal with the lake park office because they are the worst. I would give 0 star if I could!!!!

Cheap living. If you mind your own, you will be fine. This place is full of random events, always fun to observe. People rate it 1 star like they expected something boujee lol. You live here for cheap, expect the same in return.

Lots of homeless people and junkies wandering the halls , super cool if you’re into that sort of thing! But was not made aware of this when i signed the lease. 🥺

It is certainly there. Lived here while saving money in college. Our unit came with roaches, loud upstairs neighbors, but the lowest rent in raleigh and some very genuinely kind neighbors across the pathway. It's a decent place to live if you're looking to save a bit. Love the friends I made along the way.
