It's pretty quite living here, and they deal with the maintenance pretty quick! But because I lived in the townhouse, during the summer, even you turn on the AC, the second floor is still hot. And when I first moved in, I killed so many big roaches in the kitchen, even caught two mouses and during the summer season, when you opened the door, outside is like Discovery channel for roaches....

They don't want you to thrive here. The owner has money and doesn't really care to build a relationship with any of the tenants. He bills the lowest rate here in the area because he can afford to, but it's still hiking up every year more and more. They don't really care about community engagement and now have put up huge bright white lights to "deter crime," when it never leaves us in natural darkness and birds are chirping every hour from the confusion of light at night. In terms of nature, this is the spot in Raleigh that does have more than anywhere else I've seen for an apartment complex, and it's close to Lake Raleigh and Johnson. But the maintenance team doesn't have room to care, they recently dug out the entire milkweed flowers we were growing for the butterflies. They'll show up very quickly to take care of things, but usually without any communication from the office team. And the walls are most likely infested with cockroaches because they spray quarterly and we'll still see them. U can definitely see the buildings are coming apart and are very old and painted over layers and layers of white paint to create an illusion. I've seen the maintenance team go thru a unit after someone has moved out and basically rework the entire inside. However, the general foundation and outside structure are on their way out, not sure if the owner has a plan. Lots of diversity in this complex and I appreciate seeing the families that have started to move in. It's a space that could be more beautiful but no one at Trinity Properties cares. Especially because they require someone to have 3.5x the income (non students) and a background/credit check, it's quite stringent and excludes tons of people from/in Raleigh.

The worst place that I ever lived. I lived here over 2 years until they put a roommate with several crimes (no background check) robbed me and another roommate's belongings. Staffs refused me to break the contract. Any issues arose are not assisted by those staffs.

Lived here for two years. Overall good apartments near campus. Maintenance is quick and the townhome style apartments are nice. If I didn't have to leave town I would definitely stay. Only major negative is the trash building up at the dumpsters frequently. There's not enough dumpster space so what happens is a mountain of trash bags in the parking lot.

I lived here for almost two years and I can definitely share some good and bad sides of this complex. Good: 1. GREAT location - walking distance from FoodLion, Lake Raleigh, and both campuses are close. Wolfline buses run by, so you can just hop on. 2. Quiet neighbourhood with great greenery. 3. Maintenance is very responsive and fix whatever needed in almost 24hrs or less. 4. Pest control is regular and I didn't see too many bugs inside. 5. Great patio 6. Management: Very polite and responsive. Suggestion: Drop check payment and move online. It's 21st century! Bad: 1. Winter time: Electricity bills are super high!!! 2. Maintenance: sometimes you will have to complain on the same thing couple of times before they actually fix the problem. For example, I had old patio doors that couldn't lock. They came couple of times and "fixed the lock" but not really. Finally they replaced the door. Now I hope the same will happen with old and bad drying machine. 3. A/C: really bad, especially upstairs. Contributes to high electricity bills. During summer, the upstairs is a sauna; during winter the upstairs room doesn't seem to heat up. 4. No gym 5. No Pool
