Great staff friendly and helpful. I see a lot of negative reviews. That is not the experience I have had . I have been here since September. This side of Raleigh to me is the safest side in my opinion. The staff manager has changed and improved the complex greatly. I have no worries. Im 50 years old and live here without fear . Love my room and roommates. Couldn't be happier

Honestly had a great first experience with the managemnet team, especially Kimberly. She has been a great representative for the management team, showing her professionality in her attire, her expertiese of the place by answering so many of my questions, and communicating effectively/timely to properly provide us with tours of the apartments. Honestly she needs a raise if she already doesn't have one (No Glaze).

From the second I walked into the office at Centennial Ridge, I can say I was greeted and helped almost immediately by Kimberly. Kimberly did a fascinating job answering all the questions I had, and I'm very thankful that she was able to give us a tour of both Centennial Ridge and Village apartments and simplify the application process for my future roommates and me. I can say she provided some of the best management services I've seen and made choosing Centennial Village one of the easiest decisions I've made when it comes to housing.

Thank you for responding, but I cannot allow misinformation to be presented as fact, especially when so many residents here have reported similar issues. First, you claimed you “couldn’t find any confirmation” of a 12 PM move-in. That is simply false. Your own manager sent me an email clearly confirming my move-in on December 1 at 12:00 PM, while also stating your standard move-in time is 3 PM: “We’ll be moving forward with your scheduled move-in on December 1, 2025, at 12:00 PM… our standard move-in time is 3:00 PM.” — Email from your property manager So not only was 12 PM confirmed in writing, but your team also failed to have the apartment ready even by your own standard time of 3 PM. Second, your statement that you offered me “multiple alternative apartment options” is also inaccurate. When I requested another unit that was actually ready that same day, your team said none were available. That is why I was forced to wait in my car with all my belongings, with no housing options provided. Third, calling this a “skip fee” is misleading. I did not skip the lease — I was prevented from moving in because you failed to deliver the apartment at the agreed time and even at your own standard time. A delay of several hours that leaves a tenant homeless is not a “minor inconvenience.” It is a failure to provide possession on the first day of the lease. Finally, anyone reading reviews can see a clear pattern. I encourage future residents to read the many other negative experiences on this page — they speak for themselves. The issues I went through are not isolated. Instead of trying to spin the situation, management should take accountability and fix the systemic problems that so many residents are reporting. If management wishes to resolve this properly, I am still open to real solutions — not excuses.

Kimberly was very nice and funny, quiet after she gives you the detailed tour, answering any questions, she will let you look around on your own to really soak it in. up with the times and respectful.
