5-10 minute walk from city campus, shops, restaurants, clubs, train stations, bus station, cinemas and anything else you would need or want. Bedrooms have a lot of floor space compared to other accommodations. There is a free gym, study room and nice social space which regularly holds fun events. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I met my best friends here and I’ve been living here for 2 years.

Trust me, any other place is better to stay than here, for a start the only reason you see 5 star reviews is because they put people in a raffle if they gave them one. Firstly, all you hear is drills and hammering 24/7 starting at 8:30am everyday weekday till 5pm, there are only 4 washing machines for the whole building which go out of order daily, avoid this place at all costs.

I was booked for a short stay, which was extremely disappointing. The first room I received had no towels, no bedsheets, no soap, and no toilet paper. Reception couldn’t move me, so I had to call a separate phone number, and it still took almost three hours before I was finally moved. The new room wasn’t much better — it also lacked soap and bedsheets. At least it had towels and pillow covers. I asked twice for soap, was promised it each time, but it never arrived. In the end, I just gave up. To make matters worse, guests are expected to take their rubbish with them, since the rooms aren’t even cleaned properly after checkout. Overall, a very poor experience and I would not recommend staying here.

This accomodation is lovely and hosts many free social events for student residents, it’s very secure and homely and super close to uni, the train station and the high street. The reception team are all lovely, especially Erin who always acts like nothing is a problem (including walking up loads of stairs to let you in when you’re locked out)
