Choosing student accommodation in Oxford involves more than finding a room at a reasonable price. Your location affects how easily you can get to university, where you shop for essentials, and how much time you spend travelling each day. The Mews Oxford puts students close to Cowley Road, public transport and several useful spots around the city, with a choice of en-suite rooms and private studios.
The Mews Oxford student accommodation caters to students who prefer either shared or independent living. En-suite rooms come with shared kitchen facilities, while studios have their own kitchens and bathrooms. All rooms are furnished, and residents also have access to study spaces, communal areas and practical facilities within the building. For students considering Host The Mews, the property offers a straightforward base for university life in Oxford.
Your everyday routine might be a reflection of how you conduct your life in university. The Mews has something for everyone with a combination of en-suite rooms and private flats.
Shared apartments provide en-suite rooms for occupants, with their own bedroom and bathroom, but with shared cooking space. The home also has study spaces and other common areas to get out of your room. Residents have space to follow their own schedule but also the opportunity to meet other students with the blend of private rooms and communal facilities.

I had a lovely experience at The Mews. The room and facilities are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Maria, Pete and Azzah. I would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend it.

My son moved in yesterday. He was shown a spotless perfect room when he looked around, but his room is atrocious. Avoid this place until things improve. Electric socket mended with tape but the wires open under, tape holding cracks in the wall together, shower that does not dry if, mould in the bathroom, lights that do not switch on, bathroom taps loose. This accommodation is not cheap and the condition the rooms are in is terrible

I stayed in a studio at Host The Mews for my first year at uni and I have chosen to stay there again for my second year. It has been a lovely experience. Whenever I have needed something fixed, it's been sorted out immediately. Maria, the manager, is very accommodating and helpful. Whenever I had an issue, she was always happy to help. I would recommend this accommodation to others.

I spent a whole year living in this accommodation and it was a pretty good experience. The rooms are clean and modern, the furniture is pretty simple but also looks good, much better than in any other accommodations provided by university. Maria (the property manager) was very friendly and helpful, always available to sort out my concerns. She made my stay even better. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for any student looking for a comfortable and supportive living environment. Especially, what price it offers it is a gem for Oxford as the facilities, rooms and stuff are very nice.

I have had the pleasure of living in this university accommodation for the past three years, and I can confidently say it has been an exceptional experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. The common areas provide a perfect balance of comfort and functionality, making it easy to socialise with fellow residents. One of the standout features of this accommodation is its vibrant community. The events and activities organised by the accommodation team have been fantastic, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and making it easy to meet new friends. I must also extend a special thanks to the accommodation manager Maria. Her dedication and commitment to ensuring a positive living experience is truly commendable. Maria has always been approachable and responsive, she goes above and beyond to address any concerns or issues promptly. Her friendly demeanour and genuine care for the residents have created a warm and supportive environment that I will dearly miss. In summary, my time in this university accommodation has been nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed place to live during their university years. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!
