The rooms are large and well laid out, and it would be nice if there were more facilities and amenities, such as a gym and printers.

I had a great experience on my year abroad with Element Manchester; the building is quiet and quaint, the staff are very accommodating and helpful when it comes to any issues. The location is convenient, it's near many campuses and shops and the residents are all respectful of the living guidelines. The only drawbacks would be that there are limited laundry machines and the fire alarm is a bit sensitive and it takes a while for any response to occur outside of office hours but honestly that's to be expected when living in a shared building. Otherwise, each flat is its own studio, it's private and a good place to stay.

Brand new accommodation in Manchester, close to universities. I am currently a Master student and have previously lived in other accommodations in Manchester, but this one is one of the better ones. The studio is larger than average and the building is quite small so there is a feeling of community throughout. Yes, the reception hours are a bit short but I haven’t had any issues as I check email regularly for updates and everything went smoothly for me. A bit pricey but if you’re a final year student looking for a place of your own but still want to be part of the student scene then it’s a great place to live.

I really enjoyed staying in element Manchester, a brand new student accommodation, with nice and warm support of the receptionists !! The room is clean and quite, with nice access to the University of Manchester and to the city center as well.
