DO NOT MOVE HERE MOLD IS IN EVERY APARTMENT AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT! You are not safe here! There is trash all over the complex and every building has damage, not a single amenity is available. Management is rude every time you speak to them. The lights throughout the complex have been out for years, and the office has ignored every request. That’s probably why the local thieves are so comfortable stealing from balconies, mailboxes, cars, etc. Update: the same issues continue: mold and general crumbling of the property. Still no amenities, grills are gone, jacuzzi not working, gym and amenities room locked since Covid, majority of apartments missing appliances like ac or washer/dryer, and the mailboxes are gone. Rent continues to go up as they refuse to do anything.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! Please heed the warnings from the one star reviews. Unless you want to live with mold (which I added a photo of), no washing machine, continuous water outages, lies about repairs, predatory remarks from leasing office staff, lawn not mowed ever/trash everywhere (which becomes a home to vultures and other animals), dog poop in the grass AND barely any of the promised amenities which includes a working washer/dryer then this is the place for you. They’ll hold you in your terrible lease, since most of the property is vacate and has unsafe conditions, while doing nothing to fix it but laugh at your situation while saying they don’t have money. If you live here, you probably need a lawyer and have a call code compliance about your safety in these apartments.

These images are how the trash has been looking for almost two months now. We are being charged for trash but they are doing nothing to fix this situation. Also, I live in a 2bed 2bath with my roommate. Since July my roommates bathtub leasks into his closet and the hallway when he showers. So there is significant water damage in his closet and in the hall. He stopped using that shower in JULY and since then we have filed several mainence requests and nothing has been done. In fact, we were told we will be charged for the water damage. They keep telling us that they are waiting for the "new owners" to close on thew place so that can start doing maintence, but it has literally been two months since the first time I was told this> So I am in fact paying for a 2 bed 2 bath but am only getting one bathroom. I also told one of the office staff that I thiught there was mold in my apartment. He came and looked at it, and with no testing whatsoever he said it wasn't. Anyone with half a brain can see that this is black mold and thjis is even after i scrubbed it with bleach. It is likely from the bathtub leaking, but of course I'm sure I'll be charged for the damage anyways. I am still waiting for a response from the city code compliane, but I fear it is too late for me. Please do not sign here so you will not suffer the same fate as me.

10/20/25 Apartments under new ownership, the company is called Arise, and there's lots of work being done to repair and improve the property, as it needs it desperately. Previous owner left the property to crumble for far too many years, so there's tons of work needed to get it back to where it should be. Don't expect to have use of "the amenities", like the website shows (very old pictures), as there aren't any, with the exception of a (sometimes) clean pool, and a weathered tennis court. Everything else is broken or closed. No community center, Jacuzzi is not heated, BBQ's, office area, printers, gym equipment, or volleyball courts. There are new mailboxes, yay! New tenants are being brought in to renovated apartments at approximately $200 a month less than current tenants for a 2 bedroom apt. which haven't been renovated in at least 15 years. It's really frustrating, but mgmt. Offered to lower my rent by appx. $170 upon lease renewal, so we chose to sign for another year and stay. We understand that this is a new owner and they have a huge amount of work to do to get this complex up to par after years and years of zero maintenance. The maintenance personell are kind and responsive , and so far the office staff have been kind and responsive despite a bumpy start. I will update this post as time passes and we see how things go.

Just had to sign a new lease because they lost the one we just signed in August... It's October. Once I get out of here, I'll have a lot more to say. For now (as of October 2025) I am not pleased or amused. Not in the slightest. December 2025 here: it hasn't improved. Updated coming later.
