Campus Trailhead Apartments, san-marcos-tx

I love living at campus trailhead! The set up of the ringtail ridge building feels very cozy. The courtyard has lots of landscape improvements and communal conveniences that make me feel more at home. Mariah and Liz from the front office have been so helpful as to figuring out the ins and outs of living here. They are open to any questions I have and are very efficient in getting things done! I really admire how helpful they have been because they go above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable in my living space! Great job Campus Trailhead!

The leasing agents are always so helpful, they always resolve any issues quickly and effectively. They just took my keys right now at 4:30 on May 13, I forget the names of the 2 leasing agents that were on at that time but they deserve recognition.

The apartment complex is always clean, quiet, and well maintained, but what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Everyone in the office is super friendly, helpful, and actually cares about the residents.

Great place to live at and the maintenance are super responsive. Liz and Mariah were really helpful and made the move in process really easy.

Would not recommend living here. I have had no wifi for over a week and they have stopped responding to emails. I previously had no hot water for over a month and currently still have raccoons in the ceiling that "they can't do anything about". I also do not have any smart home features that were shown in the model when I toured and I still have holes in my walls from the renovations. Tried to get out of my lease due to the raccoons, they refuse. Do not sign a lease here and I would like out of my lease.
