Lyssa has been extremely accommodating during the process of applying and renting this new apartment. The apartments are very well maintained, the pool is clean, gym is awesome and clean as well. There is even a cute little fenced dog park. Lyssa is always a text or phone call away and is swift to answer or return my call and promptly handle any questions or concerns that I've had. Very happy to have upgraded to a beautiful complex whose staff seems to genuinely care about its tenants. Thanks so much Lyssa!

I do love it here but THE PLUS FEES are killing me financially. I signed for $1400/month. I was promised a "no fees" complex. I moved in Feb 20 for $1400. On May 1, I owe $1481. So, unfortunately I will have to move bc I cannot afford all THE PLUS FEES. This complex doesn't feel homey, it feels very predatory. I feel like a victim of a greedy unscrupulous management company. Staff is very welcoming. Everyone is friendly. Initially, I had problems with my move-in. I learned that there were problems with the make ready crew that were not the fault of property management, it was out of their hands. Moving forward, the manager Alyssa, was very responsive and all of my issues were immediately resolved. My unit has been cleaned. The hallway has been power washed. The staff here works hard for us. They are super nice people. Now that my issues are resolved and everything was well done, I love my apartment! It's the kind of place where I can relax and really feel at home. I love it! I love the high ceilings, the wood floors, granite countertops match throughout, beautiful backsplash and pendulum lights, spacious bathrooms, huge laundry room, 3 walkin closets. The light switches here are fabulous. The lights and fans all have their own dedicated switches, no more tippy toes trying to grab those darn pull strings!! I just love it here. Alyssa and Patrick do a great job insuring that we are happy and well taken care of. You will love it here. We'd love to have you here, give Alyssa a call.

I had such a great experience with Park Hill apartments. Maria Garza help me so much. She made me feel comfortable and she helped myself and my family get in when everywhere else was denying me. Thank you so much Maria!! You are the best!!

Park Hill Apartment Homes has been a positive experience overall. The property is well kept, the community is pleasant, and the amenities are nice and convenient. I especially want to recognize Lyssa in the office—she has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever assistance or information was needed. It makes a big difference to have a property manager who is attentive and willing to help. The staff’s effort to keep the community running smoothly is appreciated, and Park Hill is a great option for anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community.

I just want to give a huge S/O to Tootie Marquez she truly has been giving her all in promoting this complex, giving detailed information about all of the amenities and making sure you know there is a constant support for the tenants while making sure they are feeling welcomed. She is persistent in letting all the specials that currently running to be known and I feel is a great asset to this property and willing to contribute to the success in the upcoming months as she establishes herself more in the community.
