I’ve lived here for 2 full years and have watch many things change. The managers and staff have not only been the nicest and most helpful but have also made my time here amazing! If you’re looking for an apartment as a student this is one of the best spots everything you need is right next door along with one of the most friendly easy going communities.

This is the worst place to live in. I repeat this is the worst place to live in. I have never been frustrated living in a place as much as i have living here. They pretend as though they care but they do not. As an international student i would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. I signed a no pet apartment and guess what they violated it twice and situated me at room with pets. Transfered to a different room and guess what i got pets.. Your complaints fall on deaf ears. Save your money and your peace of mind.

Awful experience. Doors aren’t weather stripped, when I moved in it was FILTHY like roaches, dirt and crumbs everywhere and a pantry/cabinets full of spoiled food filthy. Having to place constant work orders is annoying when you’re busy all day and just want your toilet to work (I think I placed 4 before it actually got fixed) and having to ask for things that really shouldn’t be an issue. Internet connection is absolutely terrible, barely got thru quizzes and exams. Can’t ever get a hold of the office, they got this new AI answering machine that just hangs up on you and they only called back because I wrote this bad review. You are better off looking somewhere else. I guarantee half the 5 star reviews are fake/bots. Can’t wait for my lease to end!

I’ve been living at Leah Avenue Townhomes for a while now and honestly, it’s been a great experience. My unit was clean and ready when I moved in, and maintenance has always been quick to fix anything I needed. I love that it’s on the Texas State bus route, so I don’t have to worry about parking on campus. The pool is huge and perfect for relaxing, and the gym is super convenient. Plus, it’s right across from Sam’s Club, which makes grocery shopping way easier. Overall, it’s been affordable, comfortable, and a good spot for students.

I moved into Leah Avenue Townhomes last semester and it’s been awesome. The location is perfect for Texas State students and being on the bus route saves me so much time and gas. My apartment was in good shape when I moved in and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly. I also really like the pool area. It’s a great place to hang out when it’s hot.
