The Quarters Bloomington, bloomington-in

My honest opinion for this apartment is it is extremely valuable for students in IU. My sister lived here, I live here. The clubhouse is absolutely amazing—they offer a lot of free samples by collaborating with different companies. They host a lot of events; I didn’t go to the event but I bet it was lit. Free pizza, free food, free drinks such as coffee machine. The gym is perfect for me—the equipment suits my needs. The display is very aesthetic, lots of amazing things here to help students succeed. Got locked out of my room last night and the staff kindly opened the door without fee for me. My only concern tbh is paying the quarters if I break the vase while playing billiards. I think it’s not a good spot to place fragile items near the pool table. But everything else is super clean—the gym, the swimming pool, the table—it is absolutely spotless. If you have bad roommates don’t worry, just chill with me in the clubhouse. Oh, there is also a BBQ grill if you want to grill, but last time me and my roommate couldn’t set it on though idk why, and the fireplace at the rooftop—never seen it turned on. I don’t know why even The Dillon (other apartment) comes to The Quarters to play and get a ride to campus. So I believe this is the best apartment I have been to in Bloomington. Very strategic and the price for it is very reasonable specially with a lot of facility. Do not go to the monroe tho that place is absolute garbage :). I think a friendly competition is coming! Honestly i think the bad reviews are fake and amde by the quarter’s competitors. Plus the manager and staff is friendly and dont eat your money.

The apartment itself is fine and there are multiple events held by the helpful office staff, but I would not recommend living here if you’re a student at IU simply because of how tedious it is to get to and from campus. There’s only one shuttle that takes 30 minute rotations and it’s very susceptible to traffic any time past noon. I can’t even count the amount of times the shuttle system has completely let me down.

Cheaply built. AC broke in the summer and it took forever to fix. We had live wasps in the apartment for months until I took measures to plug all the holes they were coming from. Paid way too much money (1.3K a month) for this quality. I never leave reviews but this warrants it. Oh and new update there’s black mold COATING our vents and water dripping down the bathroom counters that is coming from the vents!

Today is Wednesday, March 4th. The shuttle is not running at 7:30 as it is supposed to. Saw tons of students line up on sidewalk calling Ubers just to get to their 8 am class today No email update, no message update. The bus is dormant and parked, with no attendant in sight.

The Quarters us a great place to live at! The fully furnished apartments are modern and spacious, making move-in a breeze. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom, providing added privacy and convenience. The in-unit washer and dryer are a fantastic perk, eliminating the need for off-site laundry. The amenities here are top-notch. I particularly enjoy the 24-hour fitness center, which allows me to work out on my own schedule. The rooftop pool is a great spot to relax and socialize with neighbors. The resident lounge and study areas provide comfortable spaces to work or unwind. The on-site shuttle service to Indiana University is incredibly convenient, especially during busy mornings. The management team is responsive and friendly, always addressing any concerns promptly. The community events they organize have helped me meet new people and feel more connected. It is especially nice with the quarter buses that will take you right to campus. It is nice because they will drop you off right in front of your class buildings.
