Campus Walk South, bloomington-in

It's cheaper then most other apartments around the area and maintenace people are nice...It is also close to campus. That's about the only good thing I can say about this place. It does take a while for them to work/fix on things though. There is a problem with the water/piping system as mention by someone else. The laundry room had sewer water in it for a while. They paint over the mold on the bottom recently. Walls are paper thin. You can hear the people living next door talk. A lot of the floors creak when you walk. They only keep the area outside and halls clean during move in months. During the months of winter if it snows. The driveways and parking is not worked on. They do work on the side walks though but there be still be ice on it a lot of times. There is a lot of other things too. Hope this helps.

I lived in this apartment for 2 years. I took their words about signing the lease and security deposits and payments. All the words got twisted out when I decided to move out... After arguing for so long, I had to figure this out with them and it wasn't even worth it since they refunded only 15% deposit back charging for ridiculous stuff even though the apartment was left fairly clean. I have also met some other tenants while living there And not one of them said they received the full refund back. I would never be moving into these rentals ever and I would recommend the same. If you do decide to move in because of their affordable prices, I would not put too much hopes into getting the deposit back.

I have an album in my camera roll dedicated to the severe water, flooding, and structure damage this place came with. Please please take these reviews as your warning to choose somewhere else!!! I would’ve saved more stress and stayed drier sleeping in my car instead of one of their units.

Terrible place to live. Problems are never properly addressed.
