9 North Apartments, bloomington-in

This year has been an odd one living at 9N, since management changed in the middle of the year. Early on, it was hard to get a hold of management, hard to get maintenance requests fixed, and payments weren't processed correctly. After the holidays though, the new management team hired awesome maintenance guys. Management is so much better than before. When my car was towed (I forgot to move it even after management told us), Scott offered me a credit in the amount it cost me to get my car back, which was awesome. The apartments are pretty nicely laid out! The drawbacks are people (a) the trash chute is almost always clogged...and (b) someone always keeps the back door propped open with a rock (that defeats the purpose of having a secured entry building?!)

Shelby Drescher is a fantastic leasing representative. I highly recommend her for her professionalism and help with questions and concerns.

Worst customer service ever. We have been waiting more than two months for the return of our security deposit. the manage refusal to return calls and has his office personnel state that check will be mailed tomorrow. Of course it never arrives.

My experience with 9th North has been unpleasant at the very least. The management is very disrespectful, ignorant and unorganized.

Great location to downtown and campus
