As a parent, who's paying rent for my son every month for a very expensive apartment, it's frustrating that the elevator has hardly worked for most of the school year. And he lives on the 4th floor, so trying to bring things up and down has been horrible. And it's still broken. It's been broken for about six months now. Recommend that you don't stay here. A very frustrated parent. I feel like you take advantage of these students.

I’ve had a great experience living here as a student. The apartments are clean, modern, and close to campus, which makes daily life super convenient. Management is friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests, and the amenities are perfect for both studying and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend this place to any student looking for a comfortable and stress-free living environment.

I loved my experience living at Stageyard! The apartment as a whole is well maintained and very clean, and it is conveniently located! Daniel and Dani were almost incredibly prompt to respond when it came to any issues that I might’ve been having, and maintenance requests were handled in an efficient manner. Highly recommend living here!

The elevator has been broken in throughout the entire school year, I’m on the fourth floor. The staff is polite and nice but Very unresponsive and never answer the phone Ever. They committed to giving me a garage space from a year ago and then never gave it, there’s a reason I’m not going to leave here again next year.
