Station 11, bloomington-in

Station 11 is easily one of the best apartment buildings in Bloomington. The units are some of the biggest I’ve seen compared to other buildings, and the management team is great. Abby, especially, goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are taken care of. Any time there is an issue in the unit, they fix it quickly and cover the cost. I honestly could not recommend Station 11 more. If you’re looking for a great place to live in Bloomington, this is it.

This place genuinely has it all. The staff and management are incredibly helpful and actually care, which is rarer than it should be. Rooms are super spacious, parking options are great with both covered and uncovered spots, and the garbage service is surprisingly on point. The location is amazing and honestly seals the deal. 10 out of 10, I recommend this place to everyone I know without hesitation!

Living at Station 11 was an incredible experience. The apartment/building was spacious, clean, and felt like home from day one. The owners were always responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, it was a top-class living experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone.

We have had nothing but a great experience with Station 11. Abby is beyond helpful and never rushes me off the phone. They don’t nickel & dime you for little things. (We have had other realty companies do this, and it’s such a disappointment). Everything is clean and when there are issues Abby always helps out! She’s a keeper!! Would definitely recommend!
