Lots of amenities nearby Sainsburys just across the road and close to New Cross and New Cross Gate train stations. 10 minute journey into central London so excellent location too for KCL. Large comfortable rooms. The new management team is much more reliable and on it with replying to concerns and helping with issues around the building than the old team. Maintenance issues get sorted fast, the common areas get cleaned regularly, and the team are always friendly around the building too! Good internet and wifi connection too. The social spaces are good, and social events are put on sometimes for students, but there is only one washing machine and one dryer for quite a lot of students so can be being used a lot of the time.

I booked here because it is just near to campus... The officer is almost never there, and also the officer has changed but still the new person, or lets say in general, it is so hard to find/catch an authorised person. Collecting our parcels/cargo is also harder than i expect, since they are locked in the office (for security reasons?) and when the officer is not in the office, parcels cannot be collected. It makes no sense. General corridors between floors are messy and getting messier.... First months, the waste/trash area was sometimes insanely messy. After some time it gets better but still not in optimum level. If i pay like 2000 pound/per month, i expect at least minimum level service.... On their advertisement site, it was seen as the studio rooms include oven, and yes it has, but it doesnt work. But also its' time screen always blink and cannot be stopped so i just put a very thick paper on it in order not to disturb me. It just seems elegant outside... but not "elegant" to accomodate. Sorry!

I stayed here for the 24/25 academic year and enjoyed it. A couple of negatives are that I had a very, very noisy and disrespectful neighbour which the staff couldn't really do much about but they helped me as much as they could and even moved me rooms temporarily to try and sort the situation out. During the summer though it was unbearable due to the heat. You can't open the windows and there's no aircon in the rooms to keep the room cool (at least, mine wasn't working if there was). All rooms have their own kitchen and bathroom, so for the price it's definitely worth it! I'll also be staying here for the 26/27 academic year.

Great place with an amazing placement that's super close to the Windrush line, a half hour walk away from the Greenwich park, and about a 5 minute walk to a big Sainsbury's. Nice overall amenities, would surly recommend!
