ARK Canary Wharf, london

We have stayed at the Ark twice now and will definitely be coming back! The staff are always so friendly and nice to chat to. Particularly excellent service from Amey, and Pavani on reception :) We love the pool, it is definitely a highlight of the hotel! Great views and really relaxing! The classic studio has everything you’d need for a few nights stay! Also only a 1 minute walk to the closest overground station which makes getting around super easy. Thanks again :)

First of all, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Amey, Pavani, and Latifah from the front desk team. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms three times during our stay, which I will explain below. However, throughout all these inconveniences, they did everything they could to minimize our discomfort. Frankly, it would not be an exaggeration to say that one of the main reasons this hotel is preferred is the front desk team. That being said, I believe the hotel seriously needs maintenance. In every room we were moved to, we encountered a different issue. Of course, as a highly preferred hotel, some wear and tear over time is understandable; however, this should not be a reason to overlook necessary repairs. The bed in room 1019 had noticeably sagged due to heavy use, and the toilet flush was running water irregularly. In room 827, which we moved to afterward, the window would not close completely. Finally, in room 638, the curtain was stuck and would not fully close, preventing the room from becoming sufficiently dark for a good night’s sleep. On a positive note, the pool area was clean and truly enjoyable. In summary, my sincere recommendation to the hotel management would be to invest in more comfortable beds and to ensure that all rooms are inspected regularly and thoroughly. Once again, I would like to thank the front desk team for all their help. You were the ones who made our stay more pleasant.

I had an amazing experience staying here. The staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Everyone was helpful and genuinely seemed to care that guests had a good experience. The amenities were great, and everything was clean and well taken care of. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back the next time I’m in the area!

Great location to be able to get the train and tram to different destinations in London. Simple clean room which was ideal for the length of my stay. The two ladies on reception today when I left the hotel we lovely and deserve a pay rise.

My experience was absolutely delightful to say the least. From the customer service to the amenities the hotel provided. What really caught my attention was the lovely pair being Latifah and Lyzan. They both treated me like the king I am. I will most certainly return and spread the word of this wonderful establishment. Thank you Miss Lyzan
