They are more worried about adding random fees, Pool wristbands, enforcing parking passes then fixing the actual problems with alight. It has the foundation to be a great complex but the managers/ owners seem money driven verses community oriented. Gate problems, dog sh!t everywhere, NOT ENOUGH TRASH CANS, Pest problems, broken amenities at the pool and in the gym they continue to advertise. Yet wonder why communities events don’t pop off. TENANTS DONT WANT TO CONNECT WITH PPL THAT ARE RIPPING THEM OFF. Which is why most ppl only show up for the food and leave.They now are forcing visitors have to pay to park in a visitors parking space, giving the residents no say in this matter. IVE NEVER HEARD OF AN APARTMENT MAKE GUEST PAY A PARKING FEE AS IF THEY ARE A RETAIL BUSINESS. If guests refuse to pay they get towed.They charge us all these fees to fix up the property? Yet units go uncleaned, Maintenance issues Unchecked, old furniture and 1 dumpster for the entirety of 13 buildings. But yet wanna charge trash fees pls. If alight cared more about the students it was ripping off then the money they was getting. This would probably a way better place to live and tenants would probably treat like so. But everyone sees that the management only cares about money. Fee Fee Fee. If you live here you will hear and see that word a lot. The promise of affordable housing feels like a scams once they add up all these “Fees” STAY FAR UNTIL THEY GET IT TOGETHER

This review is Minus the one star I was forced to leave! I was skeptical about this complex but my daughter was hell bent on leaving the dorms. when I tell you the amount or roach infestation in her unit was absolutely dispicable. Very unhealthy and unsafe living conditions. Sent in videos after videos of roaches literally falling from the ceiling. The mgmt company moved her to an entirely new building and low and behold same issue just not as severe. False promises to keep up with exterminating and keep her new unit on a priority list. There needs to be a gut renovation of this entire complex move everyone out and completely do it over. We are on to yet another complex. It is unfortunate this is what the students have to chose between. Literally the off campus student housing just goes from bad to worse. I will see if I am able to come back and add photos at a later date. ....Tallahassee must get this together. Would recommend to RUN FAR AWAY from this complex.

this was the worst apartment and living experience ive ever had if ur considering living here DONT. Roaches and bugs are extremely common in the back apartments and the complex has done nothing to fix this. It has gotten so bad I am moving out early and have stopped using my kitchen in living room altogether. Also, the amenities are never in proper shape or working. I've never been able to even use the pool after living here for two years and on top of that its completely unsafe there has been a multitude of deaths stabbing and shootings sinces ive started living here. UPDATE: additionally I've added photos of me reaching out multiple times and my roommates reaching out multiple times throughout the course of our stay here about the bugs and them doing nothing because they decided to respond.

I moved out early due to personal issues and was told I had to find someone to sublease my apartment or I was responsible for the rent. I found someone it took a very long time for them to get all the information settled and I had to go to the office because they did not answer the phone. I chose the option to have her take over the lease instead of just make payments because I did not want to be responsible had she not paid. I had to pay $500 plus an extra move out fee. I was told after that I was good to go. Now I am being charged with a $500 installment which makes NO SENSE, they tried to say I would be charged unless they had to cover a loss of me moving out. I don’t know what occurred with the other resident but I paid extra so that my name was off the lease. I don’t understand why I would be responsible I found someone, went through the process, paid this money, like huh. On top of that they won’t answer the phone, i’m hours away from Tallahassee I can’t just come up there. They have mold, dust and pest problems which effect's my health and when I put in a request they said they cleaned it and never did. It’s dirty and disorganized and i’m frustrated. STAY AWAY.
