Living at Villa Cristina has been such a nice experience. The rooms are way bigger than I expected, and it actually feels like home instead of just student housing. The location is super convenient, and I love how easy it is to get to campus or hang out spots around town. The staff is always friendly and quick to help, which makes everything stress-free. Plus, the community vibe here is really welcoming — it’s easy to meet people and feel comfortable right away. If you’re looking for housing, I’d definitely recommend Villa Cristina. It’s honestly one of the best choices I’ve made!

I have been living here for about two years now and can confidently say that Tim has been the best and most attentive maintenance worker I have come across. Tim is always open to the residents and has made it known that he wants us all to have the best and most comfortable experience possible while living at Villa Cristina. For all of the maintenance jobs needed in my unit, Tim has personally checked in with my countless times to make sure I am happy with the work done, that it is still working, and that I don’t need anything else. I am beyond grateful to have a maintenance worker like Tim in my complex!

I've had a good experience living at Villa Cristina this year, and a big part of that is thanks to the exceptional office and maintenance staff, especially Tim. He consistently goes above and beyond. I love living here at Villa Cristina! All of the staff are very kind and helpful. The maintenance man, Tim, goes above and beyond to keep this place looking nice and keep residents happy. Whenever we have a maintenance issue, Tim is very quick to get everything resolved and figured out. Super appreciative of Tim, and the crew in the leasing office for always being such a big help.
