Apartment features are fine except for the wifi, which ranges from middle of the road at its best to completely unusable for hours at its worst. Unless you have your own ISP and router setup, or they fix whatever issues have been occurring over the past 5-6 months, I would plan to do classwork on campus if you’re living here for university

Been living here since August and honestly have liked most of everything about the lofts except for one critical thing: the internet. If you are someone who needs wifi for work, gaming, or really anything do not choose to live at the lofts as the connection is awful and often times downright unusable. They have sent people to fix it multiple times with no change at all. I would suggest not living here until the lofts stop cheaping out get better wifi.

I love the apartments, price point, and the community as a whole. However, the internet is completely unusable at times. This has been a repeated issue since the new management company (Tailwind Group) has taken over, and the response has been to "contact the ISP", which has been equally as unhelpful. The ISP is Single Digits, which is known to be a poor performer, which could easily be resolved by selecting one of the high-performance providers in the area. The internet configuration is also a security nightmare. All access points run off a single network, meaning that any devices on the (unsecured) network have access to all other devices on the network, which presents obvious and severe threats to network security. If you plan on using the internet for school, work, or general leisure during peak hours (3pm-11pm), expect to budget for an LTE router to accommodate for the virtually nonexistent (often sub-megabit) internet connection provided, as well as a reliable VPN to protect any sensitive files on your personal devices. I'd love to rate The Lofts 5 stars, as my experience here has been wonderful. But the internet is so impressively terrible that it's something I have to mention to anyone that is looking to live at The Lofts.

Tour was great, apartments are nice. There are several options and the place is well taken care of. Location is also really good.

I've had a great experience living at the Lofts. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly—they always greet you with a smile and are quick to assist with anything you need. Whether it's a question about your lease or help with a maintenance request, they’re professional and responsive. The living space itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I really appreciate how management stays on top of things—any issues I’ve had have been addressed quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that they take pride in the property and genuinely care about residents’ satisfaction. It’s also a quiet and safe environment, which has made it easy to feel at home here. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed place with a team that truly goes the extra mile.
