Steve has not responded to any calls or texts. House is filthy disgusting! Windows don’t even open downstairs place got to over 95 degrees the other day. Girls are getting respiratory problems as well Wouldn’t let a wild animal live here.

The BEST locations! Maintenance always fixes our problems very quickly and keeps the properties in tip-top shape! Constant contact with the office no matter the time of day/night. Kingdom Properties is the best in Morgantown!!!! Aaron is the nicest person to deal with, super understanding, and very quick to respond to concerns! I have stayed with other landlords in morgantown and didn’t receive a security deposit back and could not get ahold of them... with kingdom they said straight that if you clean up after yourself there is nothing to worry about. FULL security deposit back... if i lived in morgantown i would for sure be sure staying with them!!! as a student they worked with you and if an emergency came up they were very understanding.

DO NOT RENT FROM KINGDOM PROPERTIES. They take advantage of students. When you move out they will make up reasons to charge you. My place was also broken into and when the cops came they were not suprised that they were able to break in with an ease because of the poor quality lock and door frame. Aaron he said I may not of locked it all the way but you could separate the door from the frame making it very unsafe and easy to break into just like my apartment did while renting with Kingdom. So if you like losing money and not feeling safe please rent from kingdom properties
