I would not recommend living here. The leasing office has consistently been unhelpful and often comes across as rude when residents ask questions or raise concerns. The amenities are poorly maintained and the biggest issue is the pool. It is nearly July, and the pool still has not opened. Residents pay for access to these amenities, yet management has provided little to no communication about when it will be available. Meanwhile, other apartment communities and public pools in the area have been open for weeks. The condition of the pool is unacceptable. It was full of nasty green water from being uncovered, and I have personally seen tadpoles and mice in it. Then it was drained to only be refilled with more rainwater which is getting gross.Residents who pay extra for pool-facing units are essentially looking at an unsightly, poorly maintained area instead of the amenity they were promised. Beyond the pool, the rent is expensive for what you receive. Maintenance and upkeep appear lacking, appliances are unreliable, and the overall construction quality feels poor. For the amount charged, residents should expect better communication, better maintenance, and amenities that are actually usable. Overall, management’s lack of responsiveness and the poor condition of the property make it difficult to justify the cost of living here. **photos were taken last season while pool was considered open…

I like the shuttle bus system, amenities somewhat, and proximity to the Town center, but that might just be it. I had an issue with moving when I just got here due to an ESA. I felt like there was not enough accommodation or consideration in that situation, which left a bad taste in my mouth, and I have been turned off from Domain since then. In addition to that, seeing dog excrement every time I walk past the lawn is a major turn-off. I have learned my lesson when living in pet-friendly accommodations. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations, but ideally, those are things I would change. This is an older build, so living on the third floor with no elevator is insane, especially when grocery shopping. Although I am not usually free, Domain also hosts a few events, which is nice, so that's about as much as I have to say for now.

I love living at Domain Apartments! Amenities are incredible, I always feel safe, and I know that if I need something or have a problem I can reach out any time and be met with fast service. The employees especially are so helpful and always so kind!

I leased a 1-bedroom apartment at Domain at Town Centre, managed by Greystar, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Before move-in, I was told they needed an additional week to clean and prepare the unit. When I returned the following week, the apartment was filthy. There were muddy shoe prints on the bedroom floor, visible debris inside drawers and cabinets, cracked and separating caulking around the bathtub, water staining under the sink, peeling plaster on the bathroom ceiling, stains all over the walls, uneven and discolored paint in mismatched shades, and heavily chipped paint on the doors and trim throughout the unit. It looked poorly maintained and cosmetically covered rather than properly prepared. When I brought these issues to the front office, I was told that units are not typically cleaned outside of student turnover season, which occurs during the summer months. That directly contradicted what I had been told prior to move-in. After reading many other reviews, it appears that tenants recurrently report receiving units that were not cleaned before move-in, which suggests this is not an isolated incident. The apartment was marketed and leased to me as “renovated,” at a premium rental rate. The unit I received differed dramatically from the model I toured during the leasing process. I toured twice before signing. What was delivered did not resemble what was shown. During my tenancy, I began developing unexplained bumps and later discovered a bed bug in the unit. No tenant should encounter those conditions, particularly at this price point. Due to the condition of the apartment and the discrepancies between what was represented and what was delivered, I terminated my lease. After I vacated and formally revoked ACH authorization through my bank, the property attempted to debit my account anyway. The transactions were initiated under a different company name and WEB ID than my previous authorized payments, and they attempted to run the charge more than once. My bank flagged the activity as unauthorized and opened a claim. This was not a minor inconvenience. It reflected poor preparation standards, inconsistent representations, and deeply concerning billing practices.

Overall a really nice place to live. Have had some minor problems here and there with the apartment but besides that I think it’s pretty great. I will more than likely continue living there until i’ve graduated. They have tons of amenities that are included with the complex as well as a shuttle that takes you back and forth to campus. The location is also a plus as it’s close to campus and all of the store plazas.
