Was having multiple maintenance issues with the worst one being my washer not properly working for months, I had a couple guys come through all of which were unsuccessful in solving the issue, I figured I'd just have to live with it until the end of my lease up until James Savage, maintenance, quickly came a few days after I phoned it in again, arrived and immediately took care of the issue, as well as dealing with another issue that wasn't completely resolved. So if you have issues with your appliances I'd highly recommend James over other maintenance guys.

The office team — Lisa, Derek, Tonya, Gabby, Megan, and Reilly — are always kind, helpful, and ready to assist with anything I need. I really appreciate their support and dedication. James has also always done a great job taking care of any maintenance issues quickly and efficiently

Megan in the leasing office was very sweet and helpful! I called a few days ago about a maintenance request, and she got it submitted right away. Thankfully, James came out quickly and had it repaired in no time!

While I was looking for an affordable apartment for my senior year of school I stumbled across Metro and had the opportunity to talk with Tonya. She was so kind, professional and had an answer to every question I had. I would recommend Tonya to anyone.

We are in the process of signing year three at the Brownstone. From the beginning we have always worked with Lisa. She is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. The facility is well lit, maintained and secure. Service issues are typically addressed based on level of priority but never go ignored.
