If you're looking for a place to stay then dont come here. It just got bought by Riner Rentals which is known for not caring for their tenants much less the complexes he owns. This place went from being a good place to live to now looking like a dump because new management only cares about making a profit. Please do yourself a favor and dont rent from rinerrentals

It took almost 2 years of requesting a new water heater because my water was often brown. I was repeatedly told that a “professional” looked at it and said it was fine. Finally it was replaced and was told it was completely rusted out. Once it was replaced, I couldn’t take more than a 10 minute shower and it took over a month for them to come out again and find a bad element. This place is a complete dump.

Previous management causes lots of issues but grand duke has since made great changes! One specific superstar is Cheyenne. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and was able to resolve my concerns asap. I hope if you have had a bad impression in the past you reconsider as great changes have been made and are making an impact. Thanks Cheyanne!

I am ending my lease due to buying my first home, but I had to leave a review of my experience here. I have lived here for about 3 years and the property manager Tyler is very attentive, responsive, and very friendly. He is always there when we need assistance, and he has made this an amazing experience for us for living here. I have lived in a couple different apartments before Grand Duke, and this was by far the best apartment complex, I have stayed in. Very highly recommend Grand Duke!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The maintenance team is quick to respond to requests for repairs. They usually complete the work orders I've submitted within 2 days of putting in the request. They also follow up each time to ensure that they addressed the issues.
