Sunchase at James Madison, harrisonburg-va

I recently attended the cookout hosted by Sunchase Apartments, and I have to say it was a really enjoyable experience. It was great to see the community come together — there was a good mix of residents, which made it feel welcoming and neighborly. The staff did a nice job organizing everything, from setting up the grills to providing plenty of seating and shade! Thank you Sunchase !!

After spending a year living here, it has been nothing but great experiences! From the amenities offered like the pool and gym to the events hosted at the clubhouse- it has been nothing but good vibes! I resigned for a second year because it’s been so great. Timeliness of maintenance requests is also so impressive! You can tell they care about the residents here.

I loved living in Sunchase. Perfect distance from campus, so many perks (pool, coffee machine, gym, fun events) incredibly friendly staff, and above and beyond maintenance. I have a lot of friends who live in other complexes and hearing their stories about maintenance issues makes me all the more grateful for Sunchase. Maintenance was so friendly and didn’t leave until the issue was resolved! Have submitted requests before and have always been satisfied with the services. Thank you Sunchase for the best 2 years!

I absolutely love living at Sunchase. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and fully furnished with beautiful furniture. My neighbors have always been extremely friendly students. The amenities are also fantastic, the clubhouse has a gym, study area, coffee/hot chocolate station, and pool which are great to use and hang at with friends. Maintenance is also fantastic, if we ever had a problem with any appliances they would usually be there the next morning to fix it. Overall I highly recommend living here, it is such a great place to live.

I think everything is great. The apartments and clubhouse are very clean and nice. I haven’t had any problems when I’ve had to reach out about any problems or getting information, as well as contacting maintenance. The only problem I’ve had is the wifi but they have since then fixed it. I love all the things they do to help support us as students and residents throughout the semester. This is my first year staying here and next year will be my second, and I hope my third will be as well.
