By far the worst place you could ever rent, took pictures before we moved in of everything that was messed up, and it was never fixed. Then when we move out not only do we not get the full security deposit but they sent the pictures of everything wrong... okay thats fine but don't send the pictures of the things we already took pictures of to begin with. Matchbox is a joke

Chad was great!! Super helpful and fixed our dishwasher super quick and while he was here helped with our doorknob!! Definitely recommend him to help with any handy work needs!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. let’s start off with i left that property in mint condition and 2 months before my lease was up the company kicked out ALL the tenants so the place can become a jmu frat apartments. i noticed every apartment was getting painted. so as far as ur deposit goes they will find anything so they can keep it. i attached a picture of unbelievable charges. then today i drove past there and this is the reason they kicked out elderly people, families with kids and food people all around the music was so loud and the parking lot was filled with kids drinking an trashing the place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Chad was great! He fixed the water heater in our home, since it stopped working properly. He was very respectful and nice!

This is the worse possible place to rent from. The amount of issues I have had and have gotten no help. The property manager will never answer your calls or emails. I had cold water showers for 3 months in the dead of winter because no one would come fix it. It was the worst management you can find.
