Alex, the manager I think? HE'S SO AWESOME I come in here to study and workout almost everyday and he always updates me on all the upcoming events and just has a great welcoming vibe. Emily Sahara Marissa Karsn work the front desk and they always let me bum off the snacks haha. Love how everyone who works here seems like friends and they'll actually talk to you and start conversation. Also they just redid the clubhouse and it's such vibes and I love how no one's in here which makes it the perfect study spot!

This rating is for the kindness displayed by Campus View Maintenance workers Oscar and Ronald who helped my Duke get their stuck car out of the parking space during the snow/ice storm this past week. It surely wasn’t their responsibility but very kind and surely appreciated. I will arrive w some cold beverages soon for you.

If i could give a lower review I would. The AC broke twice within the one year I lived here and the management couldn't care less about the residents. I had to call 3 separate times for them to finally call the outside vendor to fix the AC and even after that they only did it after my parents called not when I did. Parking is ridiculous, management is ridiculous. If you call and complain more than once they will screen your number and not answer. Don't live here

It is a very nice place to live for the price, very pretty and well maintained. The staff is very nice and are willing to do what they can to help. Definitely recommend to all and especially Dukes.

Watch out! They charge extra for basic maintenance services. For example, they billed $86 just to dislodge a garbage disposal. Even worse, if one roommate submits a work order, they charge everyone in the unit, not just the person who requested the service. This kind of policy feels unfair and misleading, so be careful. Service is zero.
